To solve this case is to check the cameras around her ex boyfriend house and around Samantha condo to see if they can see the ex boyfriend car since his phone was at the house Check the camera from 12:00 to 5:00 am and check the streets near by too

They did all that & guess what, the boyfriend never left his home. He had used his phone during that time as well, was online, actively using it. They have solved the case, the man sitting in front of you. The one who didn’t know what ethnicity she was, so he claimed, “Italian, French, Irish, British, whatever”, but now can say he knows if she was black or white, something he claims he didn’t know to begin with, until the police caught him in a lie. Someone would never think that ethnicity would mean anything other than black, white, Asian, mexican, etc, unless they heard them speak. He told on himself!!! The same with putting his jacket in the “dirty clothes hamper” & then was mad when the gf brought it up that she washed the jacket, he hung up immediately, then immediately called back & started yelling at her for bringing up about her saying anything on a recorded line about washing evidence, lol. He sits there & him & his atty on the phone & how he’s speaking then to how he’s trying to be proper on the stand, lol. He’s literally hung himself since he comes out and tells his atty that he didn’t take anything out of her pockets, that he didn’t take anything from her. This atty wasn’t too smart & knew he should not have been talking like that on the phone. For them to think that BK could kill 4 athletic college students, on 3 levels, from leaving his car, entering the back side of the home, & kill 4 strong people, & back out with zero blood found al all in less than 8 minutes, and are prosecuting him for doing this, as 1 man. For people to claim this man is innocent cause he didn’t have the time is ludicrous. He’s told on himself.

@@dudemorris7769the ex boyfriend was NOT actively on his phone. All they said was that he had a podcast on. It doesn’t mean he was there listening to it. He could’ve turned the podcast on and left his phone at home so that it would seem that he was home. That would be him trying to outsmart people like he said he does.

Amazing so many clueless people who know nothing about the legal system, how investigations are done, how they clear people, including ones who admit to crimes they didn’t commit, & how they catch the ones who did do it, those ones who lie about not doing it, yet the evidence shows they did do it, by not only DNA, phone records, & video surveillance, but the continued lies told over & over again. Had he told the truth in the beginning instead of lying over and over, he may not be in this situation. The entire ethnic thing, black or white is what’s going to be the precursor to his being caught by the jury. Claiming on the stand he didn’t know if she was “Italian, British, Irish, French, hahahah, hahahaa, whatever else he tried to say” is what’s going to nail him as why would he think that meant ethnicity unless he heard her speaking??? He’s not as smart as he thought he was, 😂😂😂😂😂.

I do hope you’re praying that the killer is convicted. Sounds like you’re only praying that his man right here get off & justice not continue to be corrupt. Regarding if he’s innocent or not will determine the evidence shown & reasonable doubt. It only takes one person to hang a jury & theatrics can sometimes pull it off. By what the prosecutor has shown thus far, this man is guilty & the majority of the reasoning is on his testimony alone, his interrogation & conversations with the police, on the phone when he didn’t think he was being recorded, his character evidence that he doesn’t hurt anyone or hurt women, & then knowing that he’s been convicted of beating up & striking both men & women in the past. All that character evidence should be able to come into the case & be heard by the jury. Seems they are trying to hold a lot of his past discretions out.
