I have never used a slip bobber for walleye before, but I sure will give it a try now! 28 inches is my personal best walley and I am wanting to break that record this open water season.
Def give it a try. It can be alot of fun. My dad and I used to night fish for them shallow with lighted slip bobbers. Lots of fun
Slip bobber is my sons favourite method to catch walleye!

I feel like I've been using slip bobbers for 15 years at this point. Love them. Personally a fan of the boss 1.25" slip bobber. Love the colors and the way it sits in the water. Mostly use them for crappie and bluegills.
There's a 14" perch just waiting for something underneath that bobber!

Southern Alberta walleye opener is May 8th every year. I love slip bobber fishing.
I checked the Clayton RUclips channel earlier today thinking there had to be a video I missed. Little did I know I was just a few hours early. 🙌 This is my first open water season after being a die hard ice fisherman for the last several years. Went out on MN opener and put my first 3 open water walleyes in the boat. Loved every minute. Looking forward to more videos! Maybe, just maybe, I'll catch a big one on one of those new bobbers this year!😉😂

I'd be definitely trying to catch eater walleye and perch with the bobbers.
I was just looking at the new Kalins slip bobbers and thought these would be awesome to use on my annual fishing trip. These would work amazing on the sand flats of the dock. Thanks CSO!
