Thanks for reaching out. Please know that it is not easy to start on RUclips. Some of the videos were filmed and edited in the very beginning as we were learning what works. Our hope is that the content of the video is relevant. Our desire is to move the healthcare interpreting profession forward and we look forward to making improvements.
