I think Jessel has a good valvetrain geo video. You want correct rocker geo. Just like a race engine.

Have you ever worked with the heads that came on the early mega moto 212 mini bikes? Mine has round ports on both sides and a 28.5mm intake valve bone stock as I know it. Wondered what you thought about the potential of these as well. How do you like the Wildcat hemi heads as well?
i have a 16 hp horizontal opposed box engine. Is there any parts to add hp. i would like to get as much as possible. I'm planning on building a light weight airplane single seat
I have a predator Hemi. ARC Flywheel, ARC Rod, ARC SS Valve Kit 25/27MM w/ 26lb springs, Dyno 265 CL-CM Cam, thin headgasket, 22mm Mikuni Carb. I want to get 1.2 or 1.3 ratio rockers. You mention at the 19:00 mark its a good combo for this cam. Would I need to worry about valve to piston clearance? Also would you recommend me going to a bigger carb? Engine is a in a 1970 Stinger by Bug chassis I restored.

If you take off the governor,..what is required to have upgraded,..so you don't ruin your engine ?Are 18 lb springs, air filter, jets, and 140 E tube enough,..or do you have to do billet rod and flywheel, also ?
billet flywheel is for safety. your stock one will crack, possibly explode. some are only 65$ hemi's run a little more like 110$
What would be a good med clone akra set up
I run a stock Predator Hemi with governor removed. Stock intake and exhaust. Is there a benefit to running your springs over stock and why? DJ-1055HD 10.8lb HD Valve Spring Set
I've got a non hemi 212 predator. I'm looking into getting some new stuff for it. I ride lots of dirt primarily. I love torq which I have decent amounts but I want more top end. Would the mod2 with a vm22 mikuni work decent with a stock head? Also which size rockers would be the best? I was thinking bout the 1:1 and

This is why we sell the Mod 2 Hemi cam from Dynocams. You sould not have to do any further clearancing.
Stock Hemi which cam which Springs
intake reversion. please do a video on intake reversion plz im stumped my bike idles like shit and is sooooo rich at low rpm and screrams up top. at around 3500 rpm at WOT im getting really bad intake reversion using a 22mm mikuni and 1in exhaust. im starting to think the exhaust is to big and is allowing combustion to go out the intake during valve over lap. would love some advice

Will everything spec wise that fits the predator fit the new tillotson 212? Hard to find much info, any given helps. Thx
No. Tillotson uses the Ducar platform which uses the Honda flywheel taper and crank journal. You can use a Honda rod with a Predator piston. The Tillotson Ducar piston has a larger wristpin.
I'm currently running a 265 cam..with 22lb valve springs..I have done the stage 4 kit..but my issue is..it runs great at bottom and mid rpms, but once I give it wot, it wants to fall on its face and cut out at around 7,800 rpms..what's the problem? I'm wanting to reach around 9k if possible

no the 18lb spring will not handle those rockers.

I,'ve got a stock gx 340 carb . can I use it on my predator 212 ,with a stage 1 kit.
More than likely it is the same but we have not played with the 340 carbs. Measure the center to center distance of the mounting studs if it is 52.30mm it should fit.
how much rpm do 18lb springs produce?
Depending on valve size around 6600 to 7200. be sure to check for coil bind
what about 22lb and 26lb
and what parts needed to safely run them
i wanna make at least 8000rpm easily
