Oh the almight Ornn, can you tell me how can I beat illaoi that starts with W and already has a tentacle at first wave? I am used to fighting against illaoi that starts with Q but W start feels like I just can't push the wave or I will die. Should I also start with W for more lane pressure and easier lane pushing?

Against Illaoi you should just run top from game start and stop her from setting up tentacles before minions get to lane.
And don't tell the Makkor man, but sustain is the best counter to Illaoi since she is all about poking you down until you either take a bad recall, or overstay and die. Second Wind and Biscuts are a great way to sustain thru the early game -and eventually warmogs makes it so she can't ever kill you 1v1-
