I was cross country skiing alone about 6 miles along the south side of a mountain ridge on an old logging road that others use for cross country skiing. I arrived at the end of the cross country ski tracks where other skiers had stopped a little after noon. I decided to make my own tracks in the fresh snow and see what was past the stand of timber. I came out of the trees into a clear cut. I was admiring the view of Mt. Rainier. The road continued up hill and then went over a ridge to the left. On the ridge about 60 yards away I saw what I first thought was an Eskimo eating sugar cane. That was the first thought that popped into my head. He was sitting down and placed the sugar cane across his lap and reached with his right hand to the left end and peeled a strip off. He held that end up and either started licking or sniffing or scraping it all the way down using his arm for a back stop. I watched longer and realized it wasn't an Eskimo. What I thought was a parka and hood was his own fur or hair. There were patches on it like a fawn deer has for camouflage . About then. He stopped what he was doing and looked at me. It seemed like he had the feeling of being watched. So I made an exaggerated 90 degree turn to the right and pretended I didn't notice him. He seemed to get nervous and started looking left and then back to me as if to look for an escape route. His face was mostly human with a dark completion but weathered like a being that spent all day outside. I felt like I was intruding , so I turned downhill and followed the ski tracks back to my truck quickly while checking behind me. This happened in 1987 just northwest of Bumping Lake and I am 70 yo now.
It was at the same campsite where I was at. I was almost hoping I wouldn't hear it! Terrifying. And Tristan is no chicken, if he was scared, anyone would be. Thanks for watching!

Then he turned and walked off. Nobody still believes me.its cool I k own what I saw. Great doc WBE, thanx for making and sharing it!! This has been Squatchy approved! 👍 👍 It would seem that Sasquatch vocalizations sound quite 'human like' at times, for me that is a perpetual head scratcher. These scenarios remind me of a quote taken from the movie 'Van Helsing'..."who is hunting whom?"....hahahahaha
It felt like that for a moment. Us humans really suck in that type of terrain. I have spoken to people who say they move flawlessly through terrain like this. Appreciate the compliment!
Wife's property up against Congaree national park 90 acres we have had sasquatch on that property since 20s when her grandparents built the house... Boneyards on property can see we're they have clearly ripping deers heads off.
I grew up in Spartanburg County (SC). I recall when there were rumors of one in our area and some of my cousins thought they saw it, (they later said it was a black bear but I still have my suspicions), their grandmother, my great-aunt, said, "They follow the rivers." That was years before I read John Green's book and noted how they follow the Red and Sulphur Rivers in SW Arkansas and NE Texas. The old time folks certainly knew about them.
"That's what she said" 😂😂 LOVE IT! I say that all of the time 😂😂 I just found your page, and I thoroughly enjoyed your video, sounds, and research techniques. I always watch "Flash of Beauty," "Rocky Mountain," and a few others. I have added you to my list of favorites. I am from British Columbia. More specifically, the Cariboo Chilcoltin. My father owns and runs a gold mining company, and I remember going on hikes with him and my grandfather. Wearing snowshoes and hiking deep in the forests to reach the Fraser River where they needed to stake claims, pan to see if the claim was valuable enough to purchase, etc. I had an encounter. It was during a short lunch break while hiking to a claim that was for sale. Deep in the forest. I saw an open clearing where there were ponds made from the snow melt. I was adventurous and headed straight out for the clearing. I was playing in the water where I saw tadpoles, baby dragon flies, etc. I was deep in my own world when I heard my father whistle out for me. I got up, brushed myself off, and when I was about to turn around to head back to my dad, there it was. Standing in the treeline. HUGE, (I was 11-12 at the time). Red coat. Red like the hair of someone from Scotland, but much deeper. Black face. It stood there staring at me. My dad called my name, and I turned my head to look at him. I looked back towards the big creature, and it was gone. I ran back to my dad and said, "There's a huge bear over there dad." My grandpa said, "That's not a bear. Let's go." My dad wasn't the one who whistled at me. My grandpa told me stories as well. He was born and raised on a large cattle ranch in Horsefly, BC, in 1920. Hundreds of acres of land. He had various encountered while growing up. My father has stories as well, with his encounters while out on the Fraser River mining. Thank you for taking me along on your adventures!

Beautiful video. Appreciate your serious attitude and approach. I believe they are out there and worry about how loss of habitats will impact the species. The “wood clacks” seem like birds. The sound of a wood pecker can sound as loud as a jack hammer, so the clacks can be questioned. Tree knocks are a different conversation. Could apple trees be planted to provide a food source for this species?
Appreciate the kind words. That morning we heard both a woodpecker and enough rock clacks to use the word "unmistakable." The craziest part is that a week after this, I watch the Salish Sasquatch youtube channel, and they posted video of guys in the EXACT SPOT, also hearing rock clacking. We had no idea. Same place, same exact sounds. I only manged to record a few though. Thanks for watching!
@ very interesting! I believe they are there! They may know more than we do. Maybe they stay away from us because in the past they were exposed to illness from us, violence from us and other bad things. Humans can be dangerous. I pray for your safety as you gather information and beautiful photos! You guys are great!
Those female childlike voices are wild. It makes me think of when my dad and I were camping in north idaho near Kellogg and we heard what sounded like a little girl singing my sisters name. Gave us the chills. We convinced ourselves it was someone way off from their own camp looking for someone but we were 10 miles up a logging road and hadn't seen or heard anyone in days....makes me wonder now.
Fascinating and great research. It dosent even have to be Sasquatch! You have unidentified phenomena there, living, and in the woods. Keep investigating!
Some of the “evidence” is the product of a vivid imagination. I grew up in the area and have spent significant time in those forests hunting, fishing, and camping. I’ve never seen, heard, or come across anything that I wound consider Sasquatch related. Those areas are all very popular spots for outdoor recreation.
@nottevenclose4139 Nobody claimed any other this was evidence. Bumping lake is a gigantic lake with hundreds of miles off forest and around it, and you don't know where we were. I'm sorry you have never experienced anything strange out there. Some people never do. Most avid backpackers and hikers have never seen a mountain lion. It's rare, but if I avidly follow stories of mountain lion sightings, if I know to look for sign, I might see or record a mountain lion.
I’ve heard the whooping noise up in Estes park after I hiked a 14er right after I left the tundra u was walking into some trees . I heard this noise 3 times I’ve never heard before so loud I didn’t look back I just bugged out as fast as I could .
I saw the wild man on mount Rainer. It blew me away I stopped at the Indian book store in enumclaw. Found a book on Indian masks. Found the mask I saw. It take with me in my mind. It told me fear not. Because I was safe in it's wilderness
I’m a 100% believer it’s just Amazing how many encounters there is but with so little evidence it becomes discouraging I know these people don’t need validation . but to the people who have had no encounters they do and that’s the crossroads that we are currently at I also feel like somebody somewhere out there has crystal clear footage and I can understand out of protection of these creatures they will never release it I don’t want humans to start hunting these things down for the wrong reasons so with that I am at peace but solid clear footage would bring closure to people who have had experiences that are second doubting themselves and closure to people who work so hard to try and obtain footage but never do there’s pros to this not only cons , if scientists say that the audio and hair dna and footprints are from no known creature on this earth than that’s compelling and this is the only reason why I believe in them not every single person who claims they have had an encounter is telling the truth there is a large grey area in this subject and you have to accept the fact that there’s people who just do it for attention there’s still hoaxers around they haven’t went extinct I’d say 70 percent people are telling the truth the other 30% are BS made up stories. I think we have some serious encounters and these creatures deserve more recognition and respect and I hope one day they can be protected recognized animals I don’t think that their paranormal I just think that if animals can smell you and hear you from a very far distance, it’s easy for them to maneuver and get away. I just feel like they can smell us from far away. They can hear us from far away it’s easy for them to dodge us maybe there is some type of spiritual connection that these animals have with the environment. Nobody really knows I do believe in spiritual energy my opinion these are animals who share the same dna as us some type of hominid who seperated itself somewhere down the line In the evolution of humans we are closely related to apes or monkeys so I rest my belief that’s what these creatures are related to hopefully sometimes in the future before I pass we’ll have another patty type video or maybe they’ll be recognized as real animals I would love that i’ve been camping out in northern Michigan a few times and I’ve had really weird feelings and I’ve heard some crazy screams before far out in the distance and it sounded nothing like a coyote sounded like something with some big lungs. I have a lot of friends who live out there and I’ve spoken to people who live in smaller communities about the subject, and they claim to be real that they have had their own concert before I feel like northern Michigan should be investigated more thoroughly. There’s a hotspot out there. I’ve heard so many people talk about Sasquatch when I go up there.
I agree with many of your points. I too think many people make up sightings, it's why I value people who I think are telling the truth so much. Missy, for example offers nothing more than her story, but you can hear her voice tighten, her intensity increase, and she sit claiming anything sensational. Thanks for watching!
The clear images captured in the Patterson/Gimlin film, including Freeman's video, are perhaps the most incontrovertible evidence that Sasquatch exists. Yet, many people who have watched these videos still do not believe these creatures exist and claim it is a hoax.
Well one night, the air was still end deadly silent. I want to have a smoke just like every other night. Did I hear the sound of a little girl singing. I was terrified. Slowly I turn to look. It turns out it was my neighbor's daughter singing.
Ha! We once had return vocalizations off the mountain side in Bluff creek. After like 3, we realized it was my friends 11 year old cousin. Doh! Happens to the best of us.
Yep.......they are out there.........I have never seen or heard any in all the years I have backpacked and jeeped....but........I know people who have..........life changing for some reason.
@charlesmcmillion5118 Its a very rare species, however there are thousands of footprints from around the world showing the same anatomical information, the same vocalizations recorded around the country, they are on camera a few times, have a history of being documented by people here for over 1000 years, thousands of people have claimed to see them, and collected hair has been analyzed by primatoligists and declared to be of a species of unknown origin. Unfortunately, this information is extremely scattered and hard to get a hold of, but its there. I think its more evidence than is needed to at least pursue it, but its too taboo for science. It is what it is, there is plenty out there but just like the giant squid, the Humboldt marten, the panda, the lowland gorilla, it takes lots of funding, man-hours, and effort to discover.
The 1st area was not far from Naches. Its very plausible that they frequent that entire area. Salish Sasquatch channel has a recent video about the Naches area, check them out!
I’m certain if you guys were using camo with scent blocker & or gillie suits the possibility of getting closer to these creatures would greatly increase
@pigskin94pvp82 This is something I am seriously considering in the future when I go back. I found out that a group a month prior was at this same spot.....chasing something clacking rocks as well. Thanks for watching.
Have you taken soil samples from where you find footprints for DNA? Why are we never hearing about DNA? I do know you claim finding unusual hair but what about touch/trace DNA? Curious 🤔
Good question. DNA sequencing costs between $3-5. It's A LOT. And unless you have a tissue sample, it's not garunteed they can even extract DNA. It all has to be properly collected to not contaminate it, then you have to preserve it correctly as well. In my other documentary, I show that we collected hair that fits the standard for an unknown species, but it was collected with bare hands. Testing these hairs is hard because they have no medulla. Therefore, extraction of the mitochondrial DNA is impossible. You would have to rely on an alternate from of DNA extraction from the hair, which only a few places do. The U. Of. N Carolina is offering to try and extract it for but it's a very tedious and difficult process. Hoping to one day find something significant enough to collect perfectly and send to the right people.
Did anybody see the mini sasquatch run threw right behind the lady being interviewed at 21:55 it's fast and to be honest I have no clue what that was. Looked like a Velociraptor 😆
I also have heard them hoot like owls they make noises to find each other. There talk with there minds they think almost all humans to be hostel n trying to kill them.
I believe they know who has if they don't think you r a threat, then they will let you see them most of the time you can smell them before you see them remember there is good one n mad angry ones
There is a real risk not all of them are healthy, Some are outcast or old too slow to catch normal prey. You may find one but not live to tell the tale. Just be aware.
It's the same with most animals in the woods, They have a capability to hunt prey items. Once they drop below their main staples capability to get away. Everything is on the menu.
It's very important to carry a weapon the largest caliber you can handle very well just to be safe. With a backup for sure. Would hate to see anyone get hurt for a passion i share. Be safe guys and gals.
Come on. I am not going to pay attention to feeble speculation. If you have something valid to say then say it. Please don’t send false alarms like this.
Why does your sasquatch have a monkey face? Avery single person who has in fact seen one says, "It had the face of a man". Avoiding this channel like the plague!

I saw the wild man on mount Rainer. It blew me away I stopped at the Indian book store in enumclaw. Found a book on Indian masks. Found the mask I saw. It take with me in my mind. It told me fear not. Because I was safe in it's wilderness
Thanks for watching, John.
In all seriousness; that was a good laugh 😅haha
Awesome work 😊
They are at Mt. Baker. Go to the snowmobile trail passed the dam and stay a couple nights in late winter. actually, sometime next month is perfect.
the audio in the 33 minute mark is EXACTLY what they sounded like.
I love you Bigfoot
I should take you to my research area. It’s in NorCal. 🦍
Yep.......they are out there.........I have never seen or heard any in all the years I have backpacked and jeeped....but........I know people who have..........life changing for some reason.
I like the escape from New York music similar anyway 👍
Wanna see Squatch, come to East Lewis County.
That's near where the Brown's in this video live. You are right, great area!
Watch Timbergiantbigfoot, ''Big Red" and you'll find out what the clacking is.
Thanks will do! Was definitely a strange experience that went on much more than what I showed on camera. It moved around a couple times.
Bumping Lake up from Greenwater?
@@Lisser81 hmmmm....kind of. South East of greenwater. Thanks for watching!
With so many people looking and filming where is the unambiguous evidence?
There’s enough evidence to convict someone of a crime worthy of capital punishment.
Robert Dobson & bigfoot Odyssey both have some plus many more
The film work on this was tits! Thanks for sharing.
You always find the perfect words. 😂
I camp a lot in little naches not far from bumping lake hear screams and stuff there
The 1st area was not far from Naches. Its very plausible that they frequent that entire area. Salish Sasquatch channel has a recent video about the Naches area, check them out!
The " footprint " was 😂 bro but other than that I liked the video.
The background music detracts
@@stevewalker2114 sorry, I'll go with some Celine Dion next time to appease you.
Woodpecker was the first noise pointed out
Agreed. It was just a few seconds after that another sound started up. Thanks for watching!
The video seems dark? No lighting.
If it's not causing a problem for you why go looking for a problem 🤷🏿 somethings might not want to be found or discovered on this 🌎 or time
Did anybody see the mini sasquatch run threw right behind the lady being interviewed at 21:55 it's fast and to be honest I have no clue what that was. Looked like a Velociraptor 😆
@alanrael7457 fastest chipmunk i have ever seen in my life. Light speed.
U ever hear the 1 the 2 guy's at bigfoot bend caught
Every one's calling Big foot to make video 📹..It's Mick. DODGE
Haha. I heard that was filmed somewhere in this area.
Yakima Washington State
24:51 I see activity
O. K. SO I'LL SAY IT. THE YOLTAN RECORDING IS REAL.
@@HEYTWIDDLELEEDEE-c6p Agreed. I can't even think of a way it could be faked. Thanks for watching.
Better to have it and not need it, Than need it and not have it.
Come on. I am not going to pay attention to feeble speculation. If you have something valid to say then say it. Please don’t send false alarms like this.
@@stevewalker2114 Adios! Be miserable someplace else.
A big nothing burger.
Would you like fries with that?
Sorry to say but your audio is really poor.
Bwhahahaha.... Have to listen at 30:22 mark. "Hopefully I go deep enough....Thats what she said!" Again, Bwhahahahahhaha
Why does your sasquatch have a monkey face? Avery single person who has in fact seen one says, "It had the face of a man". Avoiding this channel like the plague!
There are also people in here claiming to be Bigfoot Experts. No such thing. Nobody knows what they are, where they are from etc etc yet they are experts. Smdh
What the hell are you talking about? The AI generated picture in the thumbnail? That's what you are crying about? Shesh. Yes, please avoid this channel, people like you with your silly opinions are the plague. Hellbent over an AI portrayle.
Great work. We’ve got your channel on QR code at the museum. I will make sure patrons are aware of this new content
Eric
Thanks so much! Bluff creek/willow creek is #1 in my book for Bigfoot. This year, I'm going to make a video on the entire history of bigfoot in the Bluff creek area. Big project to tackle! I appreciate you and your guys measeum very much! Will visit this summer
