Your sewing room is perfect. A streamlined place to go when you need a break from home remodeling. The blue window trim really pops. All is right with the world now that Casey has her sewing room back 😂.
I would use curtains on your closet. Inset them and that will make the room seem bigger. Get some outlets that plugs into one plug. It will increase your plug ins. I got mine at Dollar Tree five years ago and they are great!!
You’ve truly made this room your own. I love it. My sewing and trim is the same color 😊. I have the same closet that you have and we took the doors off and kept them off. Sometimes I think about making two curtains that I can close when I’m not in the room . But it doesn’t bother me having my clothes exposed. Thanks so much for part 1 & 2 of your sewing room makeover. It’s beautiful! 🪡🧵👗🥰
I’m always drawn to contrast in clothing and decor. I like contrast in texture and color. So, at first I wasn’t sure about your decision to paint the window trim in a similar color way, but darker. I probably would have gone for a white. OMG, I love the way your choice looks. First, the trim is really nice. The color choice creates less distraction while still hi-lighting the trim. It definitely gives that zen vibe. Your art project looked great in your apartment, but it is perfect in your sewing room. Love the entire makeover.
Ooooh, maybe put some fake ivy over the cords on the ceiling cords to hide them? I did that with some unfortunately placed electrical wires and I’ve been happy with it.
So happy you have your sewingroom done. Great job. As for lighting, look into rechargeable lightbulbs. We have one that we use for power outages. It lasts for 4 hours.
Glad you’re adding some other lights. You can seldom have too much light in a sewing room. Glad you’re getting things set up nicely. Looking forward to seeing what you make first in there!
Beautiful job with the sewing room. You are truly talented. I have watched many of your sewing videos. I like that you clean up your work nicely. I have also looked at your current DIY project on your house. I hope we can see what you have accomplished so far. You could be the next Joanna Gaines.
It’s obvious you happy with this space, your face glows when you’re in there and talking about the progress, and plans for the future, you’re jumping in with booth feet to learn new skills.
Tension curtain rods could be temporary solutions to block the sunlight and to replace closet doors. I'm sure you have some fabric laying around for quick curtains or you can buy cheap simple yet classy curtains.
Enjoying this series as I watch it between projects of my own. Painting chairs today. Curtains and upholstery done. We’ve been in our house over 35 years which makes it a fixer upper now!
I wonder if it’s the nails that are bad or the gun but if you got a new gun you are good to go! Room looks great how fun to be able to make it your own.
Nice space well done. Just a word about the closet. You might want to block the natural sunlight coming from the window as it will fade your natural fabrics in your closet. I ruined a linen jacket because I often didn't close my closet doors and it faded the one shoulder.
Love what you did with your sewing room! The paint you used on the window trim would also look great on the closet doors (if you decide to put them up) and the molding along the baseboards.
I'm so glad you talked about your fabric scrap art piece. I've been thinking about it since I found your channel, and I've been wondering how I could make something like that for my home. So glad you have a new sewing space, and it came out so nice!
I love the darker trim! The room looks so cute and inspiring. It must feel so good to touch all your sewing things again! I was wondering what nice mirrored doors would look like on the closet, so it would bounce the light and not close in the room, but maybe that would make filming weird. Looking forward to the vibe-y sewing chats!
It's beautiful 😍 The window trim is perfect. And it feels very serene 🧘♀️ If I had access to this space you'd never get me out of there! 😁 Enjoy your gorgeous sewing room!
Great room. I have a bedroom for a sewing room and is perfect to leave what you are working on and shut the door. You can always hang curtains across the wardrobe to reduce space. Where is your long mirror? xxx
Have you thought about a curtain for the closet instead of doors? You could even put really cute curtain holders on each side when you want the closet exposed. 🤔
Lovely sewing space. My sewing room gets a lot of sun (my cutting mat got warped in the heat ). I have muslin Roman blinds now that diffuse the glare without reducing the light too much.
Love! I tried to straighten up in my sewing room but only lasted 10 minutes before my back gave out. I really want to sew but really can’t in the condition it’s in.
Looking awesome! 😊😊😊 I’m wondering if you considered painting the door and door frame to match the window trim. Vibey sewing chats sounds fun. 😂 Great job!
I use blackout lined curtains in my living room. They keep the sunshine to a minimum. This room faces west and it used to be hot. We will be remodeling our interior and I have warned my husband to help or step aside.
I love your sewing room! Why not just do a curtain for your closet? That way the doors won’t get in the way. Where did you find the things you used for the white lantern lights?

Mirror closet doors either bifold or sliders are a must imo
Especially in a sewing room, large mirrored doors are a must!
Love this room. I wish mine was as organized. lol. Can I ask where the cutting table is from?
I like it. Now, its my turn to tackle my room😂
The two blues look beautiful together. Great job!
I’d invest in an electrician and have lights hardwired into the ceiling. If your room gets too hot maybe a ceiling fan/light.
I would use curtains on your closet. Inset them and that will make the room seem bigger. Get some outlets that plugs into one plug. It will increase your plug ins. I got mine at Dollar Tree five years ago and they are great!!
I love those colors!!!

Love the window trim color. Nice job of setting up and organizing your sewing room. You are a woman of MANY talents!
Where did you get the peg board in the corner more specifically the thread holder for it. Thank you
Your sewing room makes me want to reorganize my sewing room. Yours turned out great.
Goals achieved! Love the Blue By You on the trim😻
I love the trim color with the walls. I wasn’t sure about the wall paper until you added the trim, so pretty!

I love how your sewing room came out....everything so organized!
Feels so good to get it pulled together!
Ooooh, maybe put some fake ivy over the cords on the ceiling cords to hide them? I did that with some unfortunately placed electrical wires and I’ve been happy with it.
04. Can confirm, the room is cute. Have you considered little curtains for the windows and a curtain for the closet, all in matching fabric?
So happy you have your sewingroom done. Great job. As for lighting, look into rechargeable lightbulbs. We have one that we use for power outages. It lasts for 4 hours.
Because country people lose power sometimes! I have a couple of those, they’re great.
Sew pretty!
Okay... So Led lights are the must have sewing room accessory... Ikea here I come
.... And get wheelies for that cutting table...
I'm up for it. 👍😁
Glad you’re adding some other lights. You can seldom have too much light in a sewing room. Glad you’re getting things set up nicely. Looking forward to seeing what you make first in there!

Everything you do is beautiful!
Looks very nice!
It looks so inviting! Looking forward to see what you will create in this inspirational space.
It’s obvious you happy with this space, your face glows when you’re in there and talking about the progress, and plans for the future, you’re jumping in with booth feet to learn new skills.
I love your new room. I'm very jealous -- but also inspired to at least cleanup and organize my space (s). Welcome back to the sewing side!
Tension curtain rods could be temporary solutions to block the sunlight and to replace closet doors. I'm sure you have some fabric laying around for quick curtains or you can buy cheap simple yet classy curtains.
What a fantastic sewing space you've created...I love everything about it!
Fantastic! I look forward to all your videos. I'm still so impressed about you building your own kitchen cabinets. You're an ace.
Enjoying this series as I watch it between projects of my own. Painting chairs today. Curtains and upholstery done. We’ve been in our house over 35 years which makes it a fixer upper now!
The trim looks beautiful.
Fun, Creative, and Cute! An amazing transformation..... I love it!😍

So pretty!
Time to create some bespoke window dressings.
I love everything you have done to your creative space!
It’s lovely to see you again you look so well and beautiful keep going girl.x
Casey, your sewing room looks great! Nice job.
I love your sewing room! If you decide to replace your closet doors, consider the mirror doors. It will give you illusion of more room.
I am jealous of your sewing room !!!
I love everything about your new sewing studio! You knocked it out of the park my friend!👏🏻🫶🏻 The paint colors are my favorite part
Beautiful transformation. It looks great.
I'm so glad you talked about your fabric scrap art piece. I've been thinking about it since I found your channel, and I've been wondering how I could make something like that for my home. So glad you have a new sewing space, and it came out so nice!
I love your sewing room -- so calm and zen. You did an awesome job! So happy you got your sewing space back -- the world is good again lol ❤❤
Yes, very cute. I love the artwork and window trim. Enjoy
Maybe hang a “curtain” in front of the closet space on a tension rod?
It's been great to see your house evolving. Your sewing room looks really good.
A blue gingham curtain would be a nice way to hide your closet away without taking up space!! I love your little space, it's gorgeous
I love the darker trim! The room looks so cute and inspiring. It must feel so good to touch all your sewing things again! I was wondering what nice mirrored doors would look like on the closet, so it would bounce the light and not close in the room, but maybe that would make filming weird. Hooray! I need more patterns. This sewing room is wonderful! Perfect decisions! Always have wheels on your studio furniture.
I loooove the artwork, it fits perfectly, and the way you have composed the fabric scraps. Very clever.
Thank you! That piece brings me so much joy :)
It looks great! Thanks for sharing and please show us the rest of the house, too. xx
It's beautiful 😍 The window trim is perfect. And it feels very serene 🧘♀️ If I had access to this space you'd never get me out of there! 😁 Enjoy your gorgeous sewing room!

Well done love your sewing space.💜🇦🇺
Thank you!
It's fabulous, be proud and enjoy!! can't wait to see your new creations.
You did an awesome job. Love the wall and trim color.
Looks so nice! Must feel really good to have your space all set up again! Love the trim color, too! ❤
Your home RUclips videos have been very inspiring! The trim color looks great.
Thank you so much! I'm so happy with how it turned out.
You have done a well thought out re purpose in your sewing room. Congratulations.
Thank you!
Your room is amazing! You’ve done such a good job 💕✨🧵
Your room looks so cute!! Great job on your new sewing space! ❤
The window trim looks fabulous!
Thanks! I really love how it came out. I might have to paint more dark trim in the house :)
Have you thought about a curtain for the closet instead of doors? You could even put really cute curtain holders on each side when you want the closet exposed. 🤔
Are you for hire? 😂 When I move and set up my sewing room I may need to watch your series over again 15 times. 👍
Your room looks 👌👏👏 I'm sure you'll need a different creative outlet after so much home refurb and this is fab! Looking forward to some sewing vlogs 😍
Lovely sewing space. My sewing room gets a lot of sun (my cutting mat got warped in the heat ). I have muslin Roman blinds now that diffuse the glare without reducing the light too much.
I think I want to get roman shades, too! I love the look of those.
Beautiful sewing room! Feels inspiring. Calm and cosy. What wasn’t calm was that nail gun-I was getting so frustrated on your behalf!
A fabulous makeover, Casey! Loving your natural curls 😃
Looks gorgeous.
Love! I tried to straighten up in my sewing room but only lasted 10 minutes before my back gave out. I really want to sew but really can’t in the condition it’s in.

Another job well done 🎉 You are an inspiration
That room came out very nice!
Thank you, I'm excited to get in there and work on projects! :)
Love, love, love! You won’t mind if I try to copy your sewing room when I set up my sewing room will you?
Love the new sewing room. Can you please share where you bought your sewing table ?
Room looks great- but the hat little bit of lighting would kill me when I’m sewing.
But you did a great job of your room.
Until you pulled the tape off, I wasn't really seeing the darker color. It looked lovely.
Looks great…. Did you do the fabric wall piece? Of course I wrote that before I got to your recap. Thanks.
❤❤❤❤
I love your sewing room! Why not just do a curtain for your closet? That way the doors won’t get in the way. Where did you find the things you used for the white lantern lights?
Can you say where you got your hangers? I love them
Your sewing room looks beautiful, but where are your fabrics?
You need “LIGHTS”
Don’t you need a big mirror though?
You did an awesome job on your sewing room Casey. I love it. Looking forward to the next reveal.
