One thing, if some of you know that you have not experienced this, but have strong thirst for it, even that thirst is a work of God. He cultivates the thirst before he pours out, if He puts thirst in you, its His desire to quench it. But press on to seek it!

I did drugs , adultery and almost every sin that i could think of , i am a 27 year old man , 1.85 and 90 kg , and to cry like a little girl in the presence of the Holy Spirit it was the most beautiful thing i have ever experienced because that got me to change and ever since i repented.

I have been damaged by many Christian people indirectly. I have had the belief that God doesn't really love me for a long time now. This video has really helped in healing these scars. I needed to be woke up from the sin I was in and get serious about following Jesus but now I really need to feel God's love cause I am hungry and starved for it.

Came home from work, saw that my fiance made chicken wings with my favorite topping. Don't know why but I started crying and praying thanking God for His Love thru her.(Because she was thinking of me).. I Typed "God's Love" and this popped up. It’s not just the gift to preach but he’s anointed because without it nothing happens, it’s just words. The anointing gives his words wings to fly into not just your mind but make that 18 inch drop from the mind to the heart, so that the the words are not chaff but bread that can feed the hungry and this’s what the body of Christ need living bread that satisfies the soul. I don’t know him well but he lives in the presence of God and that’s what makes a true preacher, living in His presence. “Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of me” (John 6:57)

If you have ever felt their love especially a family members unconditional love- you've felt God's love. The fact that you desire His presence is proof that He's right there with you. His love is real and I feel it. There's nothing that feels better it's the purest and mightiest of highs that no drug or desire in the flesh can even come close too! There is certainly no question about feeling the love, when you feel it, you feel it and it feels really good to be filled with the love of our heavenly father. A feeling like no other!! That was me! I literally spoke those words out loud, "God so loved the world, I am part of the world, therefore God loves me." Only at age 66, watching television, I heard the words "I have redeemed you, I have called you by name, you are mine" and the shell around my heart broke away and I knew (experienced) God's love for me personally. And I have never been the same since then. "I was one way, and now I am completely different. And the thing that happened in between was Him."
I have tasted outpouring of God's love in Christ Jesus personally. It's the most beautiful experience that I have encountered. love that is so so pure and real. Be God be the glory.

Deb Harris - what I mean Deb, is if someone who professes to believe in Jesus Christ comes to a saving grace, that is, repents and accepts Jesus is Lord over their life, is baptised and receives the gift of the Holy Spirit and is saved. If they then continue to live their lives as they did before believing, because they believe in hyper-grace, once saved always saved, to my understanding of scripture, if they believe their sinful choices are no longer judged by God regardless what they do - then Yes. I do believe they will loose their salvation. I'm NOT talking about our sin that we fall into or struggle in prayer with. God knows our hearts. I'm talking about those who by their lives crucify Jesus all over again and don't care because they were taught of God's hyper-grace. Which, by the way is never mentioned in scripture. This one really did a number on me - took me on quite a journey, went into a state of anxiety, prayed started calmed down, went for a walk, saw nice things in the night sky - and just experienced peace, I don't really have this feeling that I am loved, but I kinda just know I'm loved now, and that the feeling is way better than before - Not that I look for feelings, but like - This sermon really impacted me
I had this experience a lot as a Child, overflow; as I got older and experienced a lot of trauma and tribulations, I experience it less. But, it still happens and it keeps me. I miss it rn, and I am wondering “where did it go?” However, it’s still there if I can’t feel it; He’s carried me when it’s hard and the pouring of this love, that fresh oil, has given me more security than I can ask for. I struggle often, pray for me. But, His love will never end for me and I’m beyond blessed, even if I don’t feel loved by anyone here.

Found nothing wrong with this message. However, Piper is a Calvinist. What he doesn't tell you here is that he believes Jesus only died for the elect and not for everyone. It's the bible according to John Calvin. I'm a Jesus loving experience myself...but knows Calvinism has no power. Heck why even preach to anyone...I mean if you are chosen why do you need to be taught by anyone...especially by man.
The argument is not that it's not possible to know God's love if you had a difficult relationship with your father, but that it can be more difficult for you to turn to or trust in God. Of course God can overcome that. But I disagree with Pastor John because he thinks they're giving a reason for not being able to know God. Clearly Pastor John doesn't understand the theory and doesn't even name it correctly. It's the other way around; it's an explanation as to why someone might struggle to approach God in trust. John Piper knows scripture, but he doesn't know everything. Personally, I agree that your parents affect how you first perceive God. That's why it is such a privilege and responsabilty when we have children. I had difficulty myself with men b/c of my father and I clearly see how others bad fathers had affected their attitudes about God. John is misunderstanding what the theory is saying and isn't even explaining it properly. The theory doesn't say anything about not ever being able to overcome bad parenting or limiting God's power to heal.
I want to be a true Christian so badly, but I'm not sure if I've experienced the outpouring of God's love. I came to Christ four years ago (and turned from sin) and have been diligently seeking him and pleading for this experience and other things I'm missing.
The experience of the Holy Spirit is like nothing ever I have felt before often times I have felt close to God and under his protection . But now this is something completely has taken me into flight . I only hope I can help people come to know Christ and feel his presence . Just listening to this an ambulance went by I use to well up in tears of how many times that noise would pound through the door of this home of Gods . Just the noise could take it off the hinges it went through me like this big punch of wind in tears . Now I hear them and look up to my God and pray in his sons name Lord be with them help them send Lord send to protect and love them . Sometimes like today I will feel his answer through my body the presence I hear when he hears my prayers now it’s wonderful it’s his heart that he gives to me everyday . When I pray and talk to him sometimes it’s just quiet then I can hear sometimes I hear an amen and it’s not my voice then again I feel his presence it’s liike a breath that goes through you and it magnify stronger the stronger it gets the more Joy it’s Joy like no other in tvOS world it’s Peace it quiets everything it beams inward and outward then it warms like a hug it radiates inside . Oh how I pray my loved ones and everyone can feel and experience this . You go through your day and when your not praying or talking it’s been time past time you haven’t felt it slow down it’s a call to slow down in your mind be watchful of what your doing and hand it to him working cleaning if your handing it to him that’s the slow down that bro ha you back into his presence . That’s what Hohn means when you can’t feel it just hand what your doing driving anything start talking to him I offer what I see and hear to you Lord soon he is with you again and again . Oh God Bless is that our God Loves us that Jesus came for us to Bring us back to the Father. Gather is Jesus bring us all too you Bring us to the Father. .
Alot of times I hear things that seem untrue compared to my own experience. And they still might be. But, what has been helpful for me is to take what was said or what I've read " cause there are scriptures that contradict how I think! 😅" and I ask God to deal with me on this verse or this statement. So many times God has walked me through some really rough and good things thru false things that were said simply because I had an open heart towards Him. Like, God, if this is true, then I need You to lead me. Who knows, maybe you WILL experience Him more deeply in a way you never have! Then! It's all worth it! God bless you man!
The knowledge of our depravity & the extent to which our Lord has gone to redeem us to Himself is basis of Salvation. That's the start of the revelation of the magnitude of God's love for us. So a message of introduction of God's love is for the unsaved (not for a Christian). I would believe this message is meant for unbelievers. Growth as child of God (after salvation) is basically the increase in our knowledge of our sinfulness & the discovering of the never ending limit of God's love. If you need to be introduced to God's love, you need salvation.
@Deb Harris How do we learn from the Love of Christ? First we realise the Love at Calvary (Salvation). This realisation starts with the understanding of God's love in our mind & experiencing His love in our heart. This empowerment to grow in the knowledge of His love, is given by the indwelling Holy Spirit of God which we receive @ Salvation. 🔰Ephesians 3 "16 that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person, 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, 19 and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."
It's no longer what we are in the flesh in this physical realm, but what we are in our Heavenly Father's Holy Spirit, and in His Spirit and His Love poured into us, Scripture tells us His Spirit is moving us and leading us - we are vessels or instruments in our Heavenly Father's hands - that it is nothing we do, rather we are being moved and led by Him; His Holy Spirit within us. Through the Holy Spirit within us, the Love of our Heavenly Father poured into our heart by His Spirit, and our Oneness in Christ Jesus; we have triumphed over sin, and the bondage that is sin; we have Hope, we are free as sons of GOD.
But yet have you forsaken everything to follow Jesus? Because He has said ( I apologize if I get the word wrong) If someone asks for your cloak give him your tunic as well. If a man walks with you one mile walk with him two. And to not turn away anyone who ask for a loan. Give freely and expect nothing back.
Did he say how ???? Is it possible that the holy spirit doesn't want to?? I've been waiting for 7 years I'm frustrated and feel that maybe Im not enough for him.
The first step is humbling ourselves before God and knowing that it is not from our efforts that we feel the love, but the Holy Spirit pours the love in our hearts. The verse is pretty clear about it.

Greek of 2 Thess 3:5 is clearer: May the Lord directly/straightly-guide your hearts toward-and-reaching-the-GOAL-of the unconditional-love belonging-to God and-coupled toward-and-reaching-the-GOAL-of the steadfast-perserverance-thru-trials of Christ. The kai and-coupler and parallel Greek phrase structure equates God with Christ (but often God means Father so God - Father & Son here) and relates Unconditional-love with steadfast-perseverance thru trials. But the second phrase, as in poetry further qualifies the first phrase (see Acts 2:17-19 of 3 phrases where the last is the actual receivers of the 2nd if the 1st phrase - thus the actual remnant or narrow focus of prophecy). So in English we would say the steadfast-thru-trial unconditional (thus not based on our performance in trials) love of the Anointed-One (Christ) God or of-God (both are true). Verse 3 explained that Christians were already established by this GOAL of the Godhead but Now the prayer is for continual guidance toward this GOAL. TOO BAD 900 English bibles can just translate basic Greek 101. It is so much clearer. My channels about 10 has a website and on the bottom you can see Bible info and that page will explain a lot of problems between Greek and English translations so so much as actually Lost in Translation and it will also give you many Fantastic Tools to just see how clear the Greek is, and my favorite just for one-stop-shop is the Interlinear tab in the Blue Letter Bible app that you can download. I choose the English Standard Version for my Bible from that Tab and then I hit the Interlinear and you can see the Greek and you can really look at the definitions of the words as well as how that changes really radically by the way it's used grammatically and that's called its morphology which is nothing like English grammar or syntax and that's why pastors really should have more Greek underneath their belt if they're going to build Doctrine from a Bible, they should do it from the original language and not from English translations which gets them in all kinds of trouble, as this pastor is building Doctrine off of English Bibles and there's 900 different translations that very much differ in the theology they teach within each verse, but the Greek text is very much more clear as it is much more specific language then English and many other languages that the Bible is being translated into.

When Piper was asked about the most basic thing, how to become Christian according to the Bible which is by forsaking all for Jesus Luke 9, 11, 12, 14, 18, Acts 2 and 4, Piper said "I don't know." Why?
Rev 2:15 the way to re-live first love is turn around (repent - look back not at Sodom like Lots wife did but to the Love you first had but left to get into works) and REMEMBER & Do those first things of love (spend time together trading love - giving & receiving it).
The experience of being loved by God is: 1.) Poured through by the Holy Spirit; it's supernatural 2.) Knowledge of historical facts from the Bible (seek to know Him) & the Holy Spirit working together to make this experience happen 3.) Experiencing new birth makes us a Christian, the Holy Spirit pouring the love of God into your heart 4.) Enjoyment of growing in your faith throughout all stages, keep moving forward "If you've had no help from your parents to discern what God is like, you got bigger things to overcome" -John Piper
When Peter talks about suffering he's not talking about suffering for doing wrong which is reaping what we sow, like bad marriages, excetera in the context is referring to the suffering of Christians enduring persecution from the Jews and even the Romans. So they didn't have a hope in a fairy Jesus or something illogical Jesus and that total is founded and is real and actually exists because Jesus actually exist by the power of the holy spirit in people's lives and they are actually experiencing this and it is not a theological concept which the Bible has turned into after hundreds and hundreds of years, this is 300 + years before any collection a manuscripts came to be called the Bible. Christians weren't going around reading all these letters and saying that they had Faith or hope in God's love because the Bible told them so, cuz there was no Bible and very very few letters, and very very few people actually had the ability to read, as manuscripts are very expensive and very dangerous to possessed. The writings of the New Testament are by people who are actually experiencing these things and writing down what they are experiencing and what they see other people experiencing and not writing so that by reading writings that they somehow we'll have these experience. We have a problem in that we read our future experience or lack of experience as theological fact and then reading that back through history into the New Testament. This is a fundamental flaw of cultural, and linguistic misappropriation or mixing which simply violates every fundamental principle of biblical interpretation, but the church creatures do this all the time, because many of them are not very educated and don't even know how the Bible was developed nor do they know their language except for in a cursory Manner and they build Doctrine off of English Bibles of which there are 900 that all different quite radically.

My experience of God's love usually comes from listening to music, mostly secular. I mean music that's not explicitly classified as Christian (although the songwriter or singer may have been a Christian working under a secular label and labouring under the influence of Christ). In other cases God's Spirit has hi-jacked (for all I know) a musical vehicle that is completely secular (what He's really inhabiting though is me).
It is absolutely unbelievable to me that this sermon received 104 dislikes. You know they say that you don't really change much you just sin less, I used to have a hard hate towards people now I have a hard hate towards the demonic spiritual realm. Not that it has turned all weird for me but that it is very real and I do not let any unclean thing settle in my mind much less manifest itself. Christ deserves all of us he bought all of us, therefore this sermon is very clear to me. Keeping myself in the kept keeping how Christ has kept me has always been one of my stepping stones, my highways to deliver myself to a place most glorious and receiving what the Holy Spirit provides for me in making and manifesting Christ so magnificent and beautiful I am so glad that when he comes he will render all accounts settled!!! I say this as one person accused as an intellectual, to another whom I suspect less likely to shy away from the accusation.. But, at 12:48 in the video, you say, nobody on earth made this happen 🤔 I do support you are correct in that Christ ascended into heaven and therefore is not a body on earth. But it is He who, as He said He would, asked The Father to send The Holy Spirit. Are you alluding to that fact, that He ascended or perhaps you misspoke... I only wondered. God displayed [Christ] publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed; for the demonstration, I say, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. As though we are in constant need of omnipotent help.
After going to a church a while back they only seem to have hell fire messages. Which led me to the alter. In which I felt I had something working in me. I was so concentrated on not wanting to go to hell but was this the right way to think. I should concentrate on Gods love for me that he loved me so much that he sent his only Son to die for me. Loving him so much that I would only want to be with him and the hell part goes away.
Can someone clarify this for me. I know feelings don’t always last and that we shouldn’t base our relationship with God with feelings but with faith. But wouldn’t trying to feel God’s love be basing our relationship in feelings? There’s probably something simple that Im not seeing but I just need a little clarification. Thank you
Nikko Dimaculangan my experience of God over the past 29 years have been filled with experiences of His presence and love. Often showing as tears of joy in His presence in the weirdest of places. At times laughing myself to tears as I think of His crazy love for me. Seriously- a supernatural joy bubbling up from the inside as I meditate on His love for me. However, my solid rock of faith and relationship is based on the truth of His word. Always. The more I take His word and put it into my spirit through meditating on it regularly, the more I started experienced His love in my feelings and emotions. Simply stay in the word and expect Him to surprise you at any moment with feelings as a result. In the beginning was the Word... Word first!😊
There are people on this site who claim to be atheist, so I don't understand why they clicked on this video. I heard someone say "it takes more faith to not believe there is a God than to believe there is!"
Well it’s not working for me. I prayed for experience of love from God and still waiting. This was discouraging. And on top of that he was so emotional talking about this foreign thing to me. I gotta find a different resource to help me.
It's okay to want to have evidence for what you're believing. No one comes to God unless He draws them to himself. Get into the word and pray before you read, so far that's been helping me. If you're still doubtful about whether you can trust the bible, there's a great book called "Why Trust the Bible?" If one reads supernatural light by Jonathan Edwards, will see how the outpouring happens, this method happens even in our natural sight of things, although is in a different realm. First one has to have an idea, viz, of the gospel message, and you do not try to be convinced or let prejudices in your mind to blur the idea, then if the Spirit moves in to lighten that idea then you experience the love of God.

I was a Christian in 1980 in a standard church that just talked Doctrine but it wasn't until 1983 that I was filled with the Holy Spirit while I was in prayer for about a month seeking the Lord, and I wasn't going any church. And then in 1985 I finally learned through my own study of the word spirit that my experience in 1983 was the Holy Spirit oh, so this shows you how poor the teaching in a lot of churches is. This is what Paul ran into when we saw some brothers in Ephesus that didn't even know about the Holy Spirit. So I know what they were going through, powerlessness, knowing the truth but not having the power to actually do the truth, having a form or appearance of godliness but denying the power of godliness because I was a cessationist. But I got filled in 1985 after I did that study on the Holy Spirit quite unexpectedly just as 1983 was quite unexpectedly, and this completely changed my experiences about God. I didn't have to just take it by faith in some theological Doctrine that this was true because I had experienced this profoundly and so evangelism was very much second nature because I could speak from personal experience and not just from head knowledge that I had to somehow take by faith. It turns out that faith in the Greek doesn't have anything to do with mental agreement as it has to do with trust, and dependence Upon A trustworthy person. So once again churchianity has really confused a lot of people but the Lord is faithful he got me to experience the truth and then it was not hard to defend the truth or to share the truth.
One thing, if some of you know that you have not experienced this, but have strong thirst for it, even that thirst is a work of God. He cultivates the thirst before he pours out, if He puts thirst in you, its His desire to quench it. But press on to seek it!

I have been damaged by many Christian people indirectly. I have had the belief that God doesn't really love me for a long time now. This video has really helped in healing these scars. I needed to be woke up from the sin I was in and get serious about following Jesus but now I really need to feel God's love cause I am hungry and starved for it.

It’s not just the gift to preach but he’s anointed because without it nothing happens, it’s just words. The anointing gives his words wings to fly into not just your mind but make that 18 inch drop from the mind to the heart, so that the the words are not chaff but bread that can feed the hungry and this’s what the body of Christ need living bread that satisfies the soul. I don’t know him well but he lives in the presence of God and that’s what makes a true preacher, living in His presence. “Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of me” (John 6:57)

His love is real and I feel it. There's nothing that feels better it's the purest and mightiest of highs that no drug or desire in the flesh can even come close too! There is certainly no question about feeling the love, when you feel it, you feel it and it feels really good to be filled with the love of our heavenly father. A feeling like no other!!

That was me! I literally spoke those words out loud, "God so loved the world, I am part of the world, therefore God loves me." Only at age 66, watching television, I heard the words "I have redeemed you, I have called you by name, you are mine" and the shell around my heart broke away and I knew (experienced) God's love for me personally. And I have never been the same since then. "I was one way, and now I am completely different. And the thing that happened in between was Him."

Deb Harris - what I mean Deb, is if someone who professes to believe in Jesus Christ comes to a saving grace, that is, repents and accepts Jesus is Lord over their life, is baptised and receives the gift of the Holy Spirit and is saved. If they then continue to live their lives as they did before believing, because they believe in hyper-grace, once saved always saved, to my understanding of scripture, if they believe their sinful choices are no longer judged by God regardless what they do - then Yes. I do believe they will loose their salvation. I'm NOT talking about our sin that we fall into or struggle in prayer with. God knows our hearts. I'm talking about those who by their lives crucify Jesus all over again and don't care because they were taught of God's hyper-grace. Which, by the way is never mentioned in scripture. This one really did a number on me - took me on quite a journey, went into a state of anxiety, prayed started calmed down, went for a walk, saw nice things in the night sky - and just experienced peace, I don't really have this feeling that I am loved, but I kinda just know I'm loved now, and that the feeling is way better than before - Not that I look for feelings, but like - This sermon really impacted me
I had this experience a lot as a Child, overflow; as I got older and experienced a lot of trauma and tribulations, I experience it less. But, it still happens and it keeps me. I miss it rn, and I am wondering “where did it go?” However, it’s still there if I can’t feel it; He’s carried me when it’s hard and the pouring of this love, that fresh oil, has given me more security than I can ask for. I struggle often, pray for me. But, His love will never end for me and I’m beyond blessed, even if I don’t feel loved by anyone here.

Found nothing wrong with this message. However, Piper is a Calvinist. What he doesn't tell you here is that he believes Jesus only died for the elect and not for everyone. It's the bible according to John Calvin. I'm a Jesus loving experience myself...but knows Calvinism has no power. Heck why even preach to anyone...I mean if you are chosen why do you need to be taught by anyone...especially by man.

The argument is not that it's not possible to know God's love if you had a difficult relationship with your father, but that it can be more difficult for you to turn to or trust in God. Of course God can overcome that. But I disagree with Pastor John because he thinks they're giving a reason for not being able to know God. Clearly Pastor John doesn't understand the theory and doesn't even name it correctly. It's the other way around; it's an explanation as to why someone might struggle to approach God in trust. John Piper knows scripture, but he doesn't know everything. Personally, I agree that your parents affect how you first perceive God. That's why it is such a privilege and responsabilty when we have children. I had difficulty myself with men b/c of my father and I clearly see how others bad fathers had affected their attitudes about God. John is misunderstanding what the theory is saying and isn't even explaining it properly. The theory doesn't say anything about not ever being able to overcome bad parenting or limiting God's power to heal.
I want to be a true Christian so badly, but I'm not sure if I've experienced the outpouring of God's love. I came to Christ four years ago (and turned from sin) and have been diligently seeking him and pleading for this experience and other things I'm missing.
The experience of the Holy Spirit is like nothing ever I have felt before often times I have felt close to God and under his protection . But now this is something completely has taken me into flight . I only hope I can help people come to know Christ and feel his presence . Just listening to this an ambulance went by I use to well up in tears of how many times that noise would pound through the door of this home of Gods . Just the noise could take it off the hinges it went through me like this big punch of wind in tears . Now I hear them and look up to my God and pray in his sons name Lord be with them help them send Lord send to protect and love them . Sometimes like today I will feel his answer through my body the presence I hear when he hears my prayers now it’s wonderful it’s his heart that he gives to me everyday . When I pray and talk to him sometimes it’s just quiet then I can hear sometimes I hear an amen and it’s not my voice then again I feel his presence it’s liike a breath that goes through you and it magnify stronger the stronger it gets the more Joy it’s Joy like no other in tvOS world it’s Peace it quiets everything it beams inward and outward then it warms like a hug it radiates inside . Oh how I pray my loved ones and everyone can feel and experience this . You go through your day and when your not praying or talking it’s been time past time you haven’t felt it slow down it’s a call to slow down in your mind be watchful of what your doing and hand it to him working cleaning if your handing it to him that’s the slow down that bro ha you back into his presence . That’s what Hohn means when you can’t feel it just hand what your doing driving anything start talking to him I offer what I see and hear to you Lord soon he is with you again and again . Oh God Bless is that our God Loves us that Jesus came for us to Bring us back to the Father. Gather is Jesus bring us all too you Bring us to the Father. .

Alot of times I hear things that seem untrue compared to my own experience. And they still might be. But, what has been helpful for me is to take what was said or what I've read " cause there are scriptures that contradict how I think! 😅" and I ask God to deal with me on this verse or this statement. So many times God has walked me through some really rough and good things thru false things that were said simply because I had an open heart towards Him. Like, God, if this is true, then I need You to lead me. Who knows, maybe you WILL experience Him more deeply in a way you never have! Then! It's all worth it! God bless you man!

The knowledge of our depravity & the extent to which our Lord has gone to redeem us to Himself is basis of Salvation. That's the start of the revelation of the magnitude of God's love for us.
So a message of introduction of God's love is for the unsaved (not for a Christian). I would believe this message is meant for unbelievers.
Growth as child of God (after salvation) is basically the increase in our knowledge of our sinfulness & the discovering of the never ending limit of God's love.
If you need to be introduced to God's love, you need salvation.

How do we learn from the Love of Christ? First we realise the Love at Calvary (Salvation). This realisation starts with the understanding of God's love in our mind & experiencing His love in our heart.
This empowerment to grow in the knowledge of His love, is given by the indwelling Holy Spirit of God which we receive @ Salvation.

It's no longer what we are in the flesh in this physical realm, but what we are in our Heavenly Father's Holy Spirit, and in His Spirit and His Love poured into us, Scripture tells us His Spirit is moving us and leading us - we are vessels or instruments in our Heavenly Father's hands - that it is nothing we do, rather we are being moved and led by Him; His Holy Spirit within us. Through the Holy Spirit within us, the Love of our Heavenly Father poured into our heart by His Spirit, and our Oneness in Christ Jesus; we have triumphed over sin, and the bondage that is sin; we have Hope, we are free as sons of GOD.
But yet have you forsaken everything to follow Jesus? Because He has said ( I apologize if I get the word wrong) If someone asks for your cloak give him your tunic as well. If a man walks with you one mile walk with him two. And to not turn away anyone who ask for a loan. Give freely and expect nothing back.
Did he say how ???? Is it possible that the holy spirit doesn't want to?? I've been waiting for 7 years I'm frustrated and feel that maybe Im not enough for him.
The first step is humbling ourselves before God and knowing that it is not from our efforts that we feel the love, but the Holy Spirit pours the love in our hearts. The verse is pretty clear about it.

But the second phrase, as in poetry further qualifies the first phrase (see Acts 2:17-19 of 3 phrases where the last is the actual receivers of the 2nd if the 1st phrase - thus the actual remnant or narrow focus of prophecy). So in English we would say the steadfast-thru-trial unconditional (thus not based on our performance in trials) love of the Anointed-One (Christ) God or of-God (both are true).
Verse 3 explained that Christians were already established by this GOAL of the Godhead but Now the prayer is for continual guidance toward this GOAL.
TOO BAD 900 English bibles can just translate basic Greek 101. It is so much clearer.
My channels about 10 has a website and on the bottom you can see Bible info and that page will explain a lot of problems between Greek and English translations so so much as actually Lost in Translation and it will also give you many Fantastic Tools to just see how clear the Greek is, and my favorite just for one-stop-shop is the Interlinear tab in the Blue Letter Bible app that you can download. I choose the English Standard Version for my Bible from that Tab and then I hit the Interlinear and you can see the Greek and you can really look at the definitions of the words as well as how that changes really radically by the way it's used grammatically and that's called its morphology which is nothing like English grammar or syntax and that's why pastors really should have more Greek underneath their belt if they're going to build Doctrine from a Bible, they should do it from the original language and not from English translations which gets them in all kinds of trouble, as this pastor is building Doctrine off of English Bibles and there's 900 different translations that very much differ in the theology they teach within each verse, but the Greek text is very much more clear as it is much more specific language then English and many other languages that the Bible is being translated into.

When Piper was asked about the most basic thing, how to become Christian according to the Bible which is by forsaking all for Jesus Luke 9, 11, 12, 14, 18, Acts 2 and 4, Piper said "I don't know." Why?
Rev 2:15 the way to re-live first love is turn around (repent - look back not at Sodom like Lots wife did but to the Love you first had but left to get into works) and REMEMBER & Do those first things of love (spend time together trading love - giving & receiving it).
The experience of being loved by God is:
1.) Poured through by the Holy Spirit; it's supernatural
2.) Knowledge of historical facts from the Bible (seek to know Him) & the Holy Spirit working together to make this experience happen
3.) Experiencing new birth makes us a Christian, the Holy Spirit pouring the love of God into your heart
4.) Enjoyment of growing in your faith throughout all stages, keep moving forward

When Peter talks about suffering he's not talking about suffering for doing wrong which is reaping what we sow, like bad marriages, excetera in the context is referring to the suffering of Christians enduring persecution from the Jews and even the Romans. So they didn't have a hope in a fairy Jesus or something illogical Jesus and that total is founded and is real and actually exists because Jesus actually exist by the power of the holy spirit in people's lives and they are actually experiencing this and it is not a theological concept which the Bible has turned into after hundreds and hundreds of years, this is 300 + years before any collection a manuscripts came to be called the Bible. Christians weren't going around reading all these letters and saying that they had Faith or hope in God's love because the Bible told them so, cuz there was no Bible and very very few letters, and very very few people actually had the ability to read, as manuscripts are very expensive and very dangerous to possessed. The writings of the New Testament are by people who are actually experiencing these things and writing down what they are experiencing and what they see other people experiencing and not writing so that by reading writings that they somehow we'll have these experience. We have a problem in that we read our future experience or lack of experience as theological fact and then reading that back through history into the New Testament. This is a fundamental flaw of cultural, and linguistic misappropriation or mixing which simply violates every fundamental principle of biblical interpretation, but the church creatures do this all the time, because many of them are not very educated and don't even know how the Bible was developed nor do they know their language except for in a cursory Manner and they build Doctrine off of English Bibles of which there are 900 that all different quite radically.

My experience of God's love usually comes from listening to music, mostly secular. I mean music that's not explicitly classified as Christian (although the songwriter or singer may have been a Christian working under a secular label and labouring under the influence of Christ). In other cases God's Spirit has hi-jacked (for all I know) a musical vehicle that is completely secular (what He's really inhabiting though is me).

It is absolutely unbelievable to me that this sermon received 104 dislikes. You know they say that you don't really change much you just sin less, I used to have a hard hate towards people now I have a hard hate towards the demonic spiritual realm. Not that it has turned all weird for me but that it is very real and I do not let any unclean thing settle in my mind much less manifest itself. Christ deserves all of us he bought all of us, therefore this sermon is very clear to me. Keeping myself in the kept keeping how Christ has kept me has always been one of my stepping stones, my highways to deliver myself to a place most glorious and receiving what the Holy Spirit provides for me in making and manifesting Christ so magnificent and beautiful I am so glad that when he comes he will render all accounts settled!!!

But, at 12:48 in the video, you say, nobody on earth made this happen 🤔 I do support you are correct in that Christ ascended into heaven and therefore is not a body on earth. But it is He who, as He said He would, asked The Father to send The Holy Spirit. Are you alluding to that fact, that He ascended or perhaps you misspoke... I only wondered. If in fact you misspoke, I thought you might apprecate a gingerly reposal...

God displayed [Christ] publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. After going to a church a while back they only seem to have hell fire messages. Which led me to the alter. In which I felt I had something working in me. I was so concentrated on not wanting to go to hell but was this the right way to think. I should concentrate on Gods love for me that he loved me so much that he sent his only Son to die for me. Loving him so much that I would only want to be with him and the hell part goes away.

Can someone clarify this for me. I know feelings don’t always last and that we shouldn’t base our relationship with God with feelings but with faith. But wouldn’t trying to feel God’s love be basing our relationship in feelings? There’s probably something simple that Im not seeing but I just need a little clarification. Thank you
Nikko Dimaculangan my experience of God over the past 29 years have been filled with experiences of His presence and love. Often showing as tears of joy in His presence in the weirdest of places. At times laughing myself to tears as I think of His crazy love for me. Seriously- a supernatural joy bubbling up from the inside as I meditate on His love for me. However, my solid rock of faith and relationship is based on the truth of His word. Always. The more I take His word and put it into my spirit through meditating on it regularly, the more I started experienced His love in my feelings and emotions. Simply stay in the word and expect Him to surprise you at any moment with feelings as a result. In the beginning was the Word... Word first!😊

Well it’s not working for me. I prayed for experience of love from God and still waiting. This was discouraging. And on top of that he was so emotional talking about this foreign thing to me. I gotta find a different resource to help me.

It's okay to want to have evidence for what you're believing. No one comes to God unless He draws them to himself. Get into the word and pray before you read, so far that's been helping me. If you're still doubtful about whether you can trust the bible, there's a great book called "Why Trust the Bible?" By Greg Gilbert that gives concrete evidence for the Bible AND MORE IMPORTANTLY points to the one who can save you, Jesus Christ. Don't give up, keep seeking. If you read your Bible you'll find that very many people who came to Jesus had doubts and fears about him, but he still received them in their weak faith. Jesus saves you, not the strength of your faith.
So did he essentially leave out everyone who hasn’t experienced this? I’m surprised he didn’t offer more guidance and words of comfort.

If one reads supernatural light by Jonathan Edwards, will see how the outpouring happens, this method happens even in our natural sight of things, although is in a different realm. First one has to have an idea, viz, of the gospel message, and you do not try to be convinced or let prejudices in your mind to blur the idea, then if the Spirit moves in to lighten that idea then you experience the love of God.

I was a Christian in 1980 in a standard church that just talked Doctrine but it wasn't until 1983 that I was filled with the Holy Spirit while I was in prayer for about a month seeking the Lord, and I wasn't going any church. And then in 1985 I finally learned through my own study of the word spirit that my experience in 1983 was the Holy Spirit oh, so this shows you how poor the teaching in a lot of churches is. This is what Paul ran into when we saw some brothers in Ephesus that didn't even know about the Holy Spirit. So I know what they were going through, powerlessness, knowing the truth but not having the power to actually do the truth, having a form or appearance of godliness but denying the power of godliness because I was a cessationist. But I got filled in 1985 after I did that study on the Holy Spirit quite unexpectedly just as 1983 was quite unexpectedly, and this completely changed my experiences about God. I didn't have to just take it by faith in some theological Doctrine that this was true because I had experienced this profoundly and so evangelism was very much second nature because I could speak from personal experience and not just from head knowledge that I had to somehow take by faith. It turns out that faith in the Greek doesn't have anything to do with mental agreement as it has to do with trust, and dependence Upon A trustworthy person. So once again churchianity has really confused a lot of people but the Lord is faithful he got me to experience the truth and then it was not hard to defend the truth or to share the truth.
