Diedrich Bader has the voice and big enough, but too old to be Batman and yes he played him on The Brave and the Bold animated series.

personally Jake Gyllenhaal is one of the best potential candidiates for batman, he has that charming bruce wayne personality aswell as the intensity needed for batman. he's around 43 years which which is old enough to have a bat family. the only con with him is that he's 5"11 and normally that wouldnt be a problem but the actor for superman is 6'4, and naturally since their gonna meet eventaully their height difference shouldnt be that drastic, but that can be fixed with camera angles and high heel boots.

Of all the choices, I think Scott Adkins is actually the best choice. Years ago if you asked I would have said no however things have changed. I now think Scott is a better actor than he is given credit for. His films are mostly quick shoots so they don’t require or give enough time for “deeper” acting. He has the Bruce Wayne look and would look like a sharp playboy in a suite etc. his voice is deep enough and he can give a deeper Batman voice too. Batman is supposed to be the BEST fighter in DC and the peak of human development. Scott can do that in his sleep, His work as Boyka proves that plus he can bring genuine intensity that justifies the fear criminals have of the character. I would like to see an actor who actually is built and moves like a fighter and not have to fake it. No one in the super hero genre brings that. The only person that came close was Wesley Snipes as Blade (who did a great job!). A Batman movie needs to have unparalleled fight scenes that makes the Raid, John Wick etc. look like they are not trying. BTW shout out to the warehouse scene in BVS, the first time for a truly solid fight in live action. As good as that was, that should be the LOWEST bar for a Batman fight scene.

Hmm. Glen Powell as Batman for me doesn't fit, Scott Adkins isn't a good enough actor for the Bruce Wayne scenes. Never liked Michael Keaton as Batman. That being said, my picks would be either Tom Bateman, Oliver Jackson-Cohen or Jake Gyllenhaal.

I think ' The Batman 2 ' will not see the daylight , why would they have 2 Batman movies under production. The majority of the movie goers do not care if it's Robert Pattinson or a new Batman as long as it's a good movie.
I think the only good option to play Batman in Gunns Universe is Alan Ritchson , he has got everything a Batman character needs to have , Right age , Hight , build and the Jaw to fit the Bat cowl .
