It's a solid LO. You have all 3 debuff, personal shield, power heal and SC shield. Episode 40 drops next Thursday looking forward to it and possibly running with you as well.
There are as few things I’d like to say. First, any power used while in control role will automatically activate your power over time to your group. It is not a passive from your light blast. Secondly, entrap will put adds that you can CC into a specific class of CC. It is called encase. Encased targets will actually take reduced damage and can potentially be knocked around the area. The rag doll these can cause can be bad but the biggest issue is the encasing. You are better off using snap trap over entrap for your healing debuff since it doesn’t encase adds. Thirdly, the power over time is based of line of sight. There will be times that LoS will be blocked momentarily, but if they aren’t receiving the PoT than you need to reposition yourself since you should be casting powers frequently anyways. As said above PoT is activated with all powers you use in troll role if they don’t have any PoT active it is because they have been blocked for an entire 12 seconds. And finally, the HL power shield is the worst amongst troll shields. It’s a little weaker but it also doesn’t drop aggro like other troll shields do. So if you have aggro while picking up that shield won’t do much to protect you while picking up. You are better of using the iconic shield HLS instead since it is far stronger. People are dying so much that you need the faster cooldown from your powers shield than the group itself needs to regroup.

@@ZKrow382 troll loadout these days come down mainly to your artifacts. The troll loadout I personally use is based around the artifacts: claw, strategist, and the bop commlink. Bop will give you a new ability that places all 3 debuffs at the same time and when you hit a target with all 3 targets you will give the group and allies within range small power ticks. These power ticks aren’t really a primary source of power. Instead they are there to trigger the strategist ticks to give out extra power. The claw is there to give the group a buff. The loadout using this would be: Impact (or light blast), recharge, bop ability, x, hard light shield, and group shied Since you only need to cast recharge every 12 seconds and the bop debuff every 6 seconds this gives you an opportunity to do other things in between. Impact is strong combo that lets you do good damage. Impact also does 3 ticks of damage that trigger extra power from the bop buff which again can potentially trigger extra strat procs. This combo would be impact comboed into chainsaw clipped back into impact and repeat. However this combo can inch you closer to the boss or even potentially fling you to the boss. So if you arent comfortable clipping use light blast instead. The light blast combo is: Lightblast comboed into minigun comboed into ram comboed into fan and comboed into impact clipped with light blast and repeat. Obviously with both combos you will want to clip with the bop ability and recharge as needed. For the extra slot you can add robot sidekick for added passive damage. A second shield. Or what I use, handclap for bosses. Up to you. The point of this build is to maintain the claw buff to the group while finding ways to give out additional power with the bop and strat.
@@ZKrow382 if you want a more traditional buff troll loadout that follows the meta more than you will want the following artifacts: Claw, rao, and either cog or tetra depending on the kind of dps you run with. Cog for prec dps, tetra for might. Without the bop ability you will need to use all 3 debuffs (2 minimum). So the loadout would look like this: Light weight strike (supercharge generator:damage debuff), recharge, light blast (defense debuff), snap trap (healing debuff) or light barrier shield if healing debuff not needed, Harold light shield, group shielding . With this one you will be wanting to keep all debuffs up while also maintaining your buffs. Keep in mind that the cog buff will require you use use a weapon cross combo so you will want to spec into them. This one follows a more traditional buff troll
Bro, i wish trolls shielded at least as many people as healers without the ults. That or let trolls build up ultimates faster than all other classes. I love how dcuo has always remained a game that you can play another support class besides a healer!
Oh hey that's literally almost exactly set up. 1) Entrap- debuff, combo if you wanna 2) Light Blast: debut, combo if you wanna 3) Light Weight; debut supercharger 4) SHEILD 5)Power Heal: I use the Claw sp it's a straight massive buff. 6) Word of Power as my ultimate. It's just too good. Forget exact names of the artifacts, but it's the buff Claw, the superman legacy cache one (better debuffs), and the Cloak that gives you more supercharge.
i wanna first of say, i love the way your character looks, its so bad ass, that loadout works but the only problem is, you wont be able to know if your team is receiving the buffs, which is a down fall, so yea like you have said, you have to talk to your team to see if they have those buffs so you can lead your team to victory but i really don't see nothing wrong with the loadout, but you can kinda switch it around if its not in your likeness
How long does it take to level your character out to CR 300? Btw I've been running around with your controller loadout from your other video and I'm absolutely enjoying it.

So can You debuff multiple Enemies as Hard Light?
Yes you can. My first three moves debuff Heath, defense, and damage output. You can also debuff movement speed as well but not sure how to do that.
