From someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, Hangman Page's promo definitely hit me hard, especially when he said "and the medicine isn't working, but I'm still here, because I'm a man". This promo truly came from the heart, and I love that about Page
I've got ADHD and that speech rang true. He summed up how a lot of people feel when striving for greatness or even just surviving.
MJF also did a promo about ADD but went into specifics and he was watching on.

Hangman's entire promo was magnificent. It was just him pouring his heart out to the world, acknowledging his failures and his issues, while stating how he still fights off everything that's thrown at him no matter what cause he has to.
The passion in his voice and his performance was infectious. Genuinely gave me goosebumps.
Moxley is AEW, there's no denying that
The heart and soul of AEW, as opposed to just being there for the money like some people we could mention who aren't as vital to the company as they think they are. Old and tired people.

Awesome all-time promo from Hangman here. I was in the crowd last night and man that place was RED HOT all night. I hope the lively Canadian crowd being excited to see MJF for the first time didnt ruin this promo. Hangman really did a great job redirecting the attention. Maybe having MJF's live Canadian debut, in the middle of this promo, in front of a hot crowd like this probably wasnt the best idea. But Toronto loves the anxious millennial cowboy! Hope Mox is ready for for some Cowboy shit.
I'm glad honestly, other faces would have been buried having someone like that in the background after cutting a promo like that but hangman really reeled it back in with that one line

Moxley looked so chilled with his casual clothing and Page did his best promo to date. While this happened, MJF is sitting in the Sky Box with a bowl of popcorn. Brilliant segment.

Or not... The title needs to be reserved for actual stars in this company. At least for now. They gave Page his November to May title run, and that was WAYYYYY MORRRREEE than enough. Back to the middle of the card where he belongs. There are too many guys more deserving of a run than him. This company needs to get the belt off Moxley ASAP, and strap themselves onto the rocket that is MJF, before they miss their chance.

But at the time i was wearing my late grandfather's gold ring with an oval shaped Black Onyx stone imbedded in it...and it was the peak of the curve of the stone that connected with my forehead above the eye.
Seconds later i had a golf ball sized goose egg.
30 min later i smoked a joint..took a nap.
Woke up idk how much time later, and just projectile vomited all over, and collapsed in a literal puddle of my own persperation.
I cannot remember if i even went to the hospital or not. I did have roommates that were there and took care of me in the moment, but other than remembering that they were there, i remember nothing else.

Goddamn I think I speak for a lot of us 30 year olds and say Hangman speaks from the heart pretty much all the time and a place where I know I’ve been & can relate to. I may not be a husband or father, but I still relate a lot to what he’s saying. I’ve been left with nothing before. I’ve seen family members lowered into the ground. Both my parents gone before I turned 30. I struggle with anger, frustration, anxiety, depression, sleepless nights, exc. Friends gone forever due to addiction, accidents, whatever the case may have been but I keep coming back and waking up everyday too.. Why?! Because I am a Man!! Speak Page! Been down that same road. Except I was a Husband and Father, both of those things slipped away. Father, losing my son to the department of family services. Husband, losing my wife to us splitting up (I wanted the divorce cause I didn't wanna hurt her further) and all what he said was relatable for sure. My folks gone before I was 30 as well was icing on the shit cake. But I still keep coming back, because "I AM A MAAAAANNN.... DAMMIT!"

This Moxley vs Hangman match needs to be a last man standing, it has everything to be one of the biggest matches in AEW TV history, I hope it is since last week Moxley talked about it and it would be a great right for AEW to put that stipulation and maybe MJF checking in or pretending to try, please AEW, make this AEW stipulation happen.

This is the best promo I've seen in years. Hangman is honestly one of the most relatable characters on pro wrestling, I know I've felt that way sometimes. But you keep going on, because that's what you have to do
I love Hangman and I really appreciate Mox. Both have been through the grinder with Moxley putting over the wrong person, only to be called back to carry the company once again during these troubled times. I just wish that cooler heads prevail and that MJF becomes the heel like champion we want him to be.
