Exactly, Armenia won the war against Azerbaijan in 1994 with a smaller force, lesser artillery, no air force whatsoever (only 2 helicopters, lol) with Chechen rebels and Afghan jihadis being on Azeri side, and with most of Artsakh land under Azeri rule (even the fortress city Shushi was under Azeri's). Armenians won it all with sheer will and strategy, and destroyed Azerbaijan.

"1000 filipino soldiers vs 10,000 advancing chinese and north korean forces". Guess who won? Believe it or not those 1000 filipinos won with 37 dead on their side and chinese northkorean lost that day. Another is the Battle for Hill 3234 on year 1988. "39 Soviet Spetsnaz vs 250 Afghan Mujahideen" and guess what? the spetsnaz coz of their superior combat skills won. So its not numbers that win. Its strategy and skills.

It clearly has a weaker army, no international support and has the most people infected by COVID per capita worldwide at the time. Tell me, what would be a GOOD reason to attack Azerbaijan at this moment in history? Suicide? 1. In the current situation war is taking place in Azerbaijan teritories.
2. Azerbaijan forces are litarelly crashing Armenien forces within their borders.
3. Despite the high casualties, Armenien forces are still in Azerbaijan territories (Karabağ).
4. Cease-fire on 10th of october was broken by Armenian forces by hitting civilians.
5. Moreover on 17th of October, Armenien missiles hit civilians in Ganja, many civilians including babies died.
6. PKK which is a terrorist organism, sending rainforcements to Armenia constantly.
So according to my understing, for Armanien forces, it is not logical to continue this war right now as it was not logical to start it in the beginning. Unfortunately Armenia is still in the Azerbaijan teritorries and does not willing to evacuate invaded lands without using any force.
It is obvious that Armenia, having difficulties with economy, maybe the worst time, has no advantage to start some war, and more than obvious for Artsakh with only 160k people to start war against oil-dollar Azerbaijanian 9.5 milion people country
