Thank you for this video. I've tried a couple different times to blanch peaches and could not get it to work and would resort to just peeling them with a potato peeler. Most other videos I've watched before say to only blanch then for 30 seconds to a minute and no longer so I was paranoid to book then too long and this video helped me realize they need to be boiled for a decent time and what to look for to ensure they were blanched Ling enough and last night when I prepped some peaches I used your method and oh my gosh it worked so well! Thank you!

I tried this today and it only worked for one out of like 10 peaches I had... :( will it not work if the peaches are still a little hard? i think that was my problem for the 9 that didn't peel. I scored them, I boiled water, they sat in there for well over 30 seconds, and only one peach peeled right off.

You have to boil them for at least 2 minutes like she says. I used to only boil them for 30 seconds as that's what other videos said but I never had any luck with them, until I saw her video. Tried it her way last night and it works great
