You should auction off a commission painting. Where the models are sent to you, you paint them for the winning bidder and then send them back

A commission painting means someone paid him to paint their model.
Selling someone else's model is generally frowned upon

I think he’s saying I bid a commission slot, paint the mini for them and ship it back.
I’d skip eBay and just open up commission time as to not pay eBay for my commission work.
