I just had a very... out there thought about these characters. What if they're all representations of different problems a person has taking forms of different entities Jax: lack of impulse control and problems with apathy Ragatha: pushover personality Zooble: hatred of oneself, both physically and emotionally Kinger: aloof mindset and tendency to not read the room Gangle: bipolar feelings and a tendency to hide their feelings behind a "mask" Pomni: instability, anxiety, and self doubt Bubble: intrusive thoughts Caine: imagination and a complete lack of social understanding or boundaries. And a person abstracting is them failing to overcome their darker parts and "breaking" as a result. (Caine and bubble don't count because they're representations of parts of the minds' functions, and lack thereof, rather than a personality trait).
It's very difficult to make sense of a similar universe as a digital circus.. But maybe in the future their real faces will be revealed to us.. Who knows?
I know this comic was made before episode 3, but the way he was in shadow when he came back was a nice touch because as we know, he remembers clearer in the dark

Now this her is a girl and kinger is mostly attracted to queenie, and in episode 3 the man from the tape is the owner of the Milldenhall manor, he also says that a monster is haunting him and he needs to kill it to end his suffering, but accidentally killed his own wife. Now I think this is reflecting to kinger being that man in his past life, My evidence is that in the scene 1:22 someone says, “it should have been you”. This mostly means that someone died.
