Posting this response i had to someone just so people can understand the v3 change here. Her overall damage has had a 10% increase. she now self buffs for 60% dmg%, 48% atk and 36% cd. Reason her FuA atk scaling got reduced is cause of the additional self buffing + frequency of FuA now practically being 1 turn = 2 FuAs. This means 110% * 2 = 220% compared to 200% old with less self buffs. The atk% math for the ult still adds up to more scaling for a 12 stack ult too since you're getting that final ult hit to happen twice, meaning 14 hits with 2 being 160% I believe rather than 13 hits with only one being 160%. All this on top of better self stacking. This was a damage buff and a consistency buff together. Her Robin synergy is even more accentuated.
