From the ones we saw:
- Galactus' second coming to Earth (not the first, AFAIK that was before Spidey was a thing)
- That time Maddie sent New York into Hell (Inferno right?)
- Sentinels rampaging on New York? Must be Onslaught.
This Spider-Man issue teaches us that despite the odds we go through in life, we have to rise up and Be Greater to overcome any obstacle. Like Spider-Man.

Judging by Franky's evolution, it appears that our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man appears to be pushing 35.

Around 30s AFAIK, Marvel Present Time seems to be +15 years after Peter started his career, and he started at 15.
Yeah, pretty much. Franky thought he was "just some guy." But he's not. He's a problem. People and businesses need the stuff he's stealing: food, clothing, meds, cars, whatever it is, he's been taking it from them. To Spider-Man and the people effected, Franky's a pest to the community and not just some guy.
He has to have a tracer on him to keep getting caught!!!!This was awesome!!!!

When Johnny ended up with Sue's powers and become Galactus' herald... the power cosmic made him see all that was invisible... including the invisible side to Galactus (Galan).
