Awesome feedback David & my apologies for the delay in responding. Would be interesting to get a testimonial from one of his customers as a YT follow video! :)
Hey Matt, I've been watching your videos for awhile now and always learn something new about CR. I've visited twice and loved my time in your country. Thanks for always offering content which is useful and really interesting. I doubt I'll be buying in CR, but want to visit again. Your explanation of why Casa Leona is a great boutique hotel has helped me to decide where to stay in the future...on my next trip. Good luck on your new venture with your own real estate office!
Betsy, thanks so much for watching and for such positive feedback! And my apologies for the delay in responding. We will be here when you make it again, be sure to reach out before your next trip!
If I’m a licensed realtor here in California and have multiple deals going on, I am currently the CBBR and was wondering how hard it was to get into real estate down there?
In order to legally be a real estate agent here you first have to become a permanent resident here. Then it’s a simple process to register with the national financial oversight ministry as required and fairly easy logistically. The most difficult part is the same startup problems all realtors face - no contacts, listings etc. And it’s a mater of persistence from there!
@@CostaRicaMatt finding the listings is the hardest part, my wife does speak fluent Spanish thankfully. We plan on going for our residency I think it’ll be about $4k total for everything.
I've met Brad on several occasions. all around great guy. Having him build my next home in Tamarindo.
