      Great video some great information you’ve had in your past videos as well. I’m new to your channel and my wife. I think you perhaps playing Costa Rica we have property and Belize but we’re not sure that we wanna move forward on the build so we’re looking at Costa Rica hopefully we can touch base with further questions that we might have. Thanks so much for all the info.

      I'm personally a fan of Miller High Life! It was no skin off my nose to enjoy one last week.

      @@CostaRicaMatt I understand that, Matt. Miller High Life was a beer I enjoyed for many years as a young adult. Are American beer brands difficult to find in CR (or at least more expensive than those more local ones)? Thanks.

      This can vary widely based on the location and amenities, but most importantly, fees vary on the scale of the development, IE the number of homes or condos that are contributing. In smaller developments of

      My apologies I had not responded here! The fees can vary greatly there and I don't like to quote information I wouldn't be 100% certain of. At Conchal, your rental income potential can typically pay the fees and operating costs, if your condo is well run and available during the right times of year. Again sorry for having dropped this!
