I saw this today ...dropped everything I was doing it and was mesmerized by him....being a history student I am fascinated would read all his books ...had seen people read them but the immature historian in me did not want to indulge in it...but this interaction inspires me...thanks Shekhar
Very poor editing.. some good questions’ reply of Amish was edited (removed) in between. It’s not happening first time in off the cuff. I have seen such poor editing in many episodes of the past. Kindly do better next time. These episodes are like treasure. So please do better.
The guy who was asking questions about Nehru with his sweet words reminds “Kalnemi” of Ramayan, there are so many Kalnemi who spread their agenda in honey licked words.
The only good thing Sekhar did in the discussion was allowing more questions from audience. It was clear that he doesn’t have depth on what Amish was speaking. His interjections are pathetic. But it was a good discussion by Amish and really enlightening
Turkik colonial rule was indeed Islamic as they killed and converted based on ISLAM. British rule was partly CHRISTIAN RULE too as they introduced MISSIONARIES and converted and got lands and made schools to deracinate kids and convert.
Why are there so many edits? It is very distracting and senseless. I request your team to kindly put the entire video up. You should know that people are willing to watch and listen even if it goes for two hours. Do not underestimate your listeners/readers/viewers.
Actually Nehru is okay but too much emphasis and all credit to just him and his lineage, at the cost of denigrating other equally contributing leaders , is what is causing the acrimony and abuse to Nehru.
The very fact that people dont know the meaning of Namas and Te is appalling. People with no cultural knowledge listening to people with a bit of knowledge on the shastras. The blind leading the blind.
Shekhar Gupta..please learn some basic manners that when someone is actually explaining his point at a stage like this you should keep your mouth shut for that time being. It was downright irritating and shame for a journalist like you to behave this way.

Excellect Work. More power to you The Print and Shekhar Sir
A discussion between Amish and Sadhguru. On Shiva and everything else! How would that be.
Don't edit if you can't do it in the right way. Your editor has ruined this episode.

Note to ThePrint: Amish dropped his surname because it is a caste title. Please refer to him as "Amish", according to his wish and principle.
Loved this off the cuff discussion.
