- This video compares the Waluigi Pinball track on DS, 3DS, and the Nintendo Switch track introduced in wave 2 of the Booster Course Pass!
Apologies to my subscribers for the double notification on this one. I had to re-shoot the Switch part of this video and then re-upload it. i had a music mod on my modded Switch that replaced the Waluigi Pinball music with Waluigi stadium for some reason, and i didn't even notice until the video was public lmao.
The rest of the Mario Kart Track Comparison videos are fine because I've used my stock Switch for all of the other videos so far, i only used my modded Switch today because i wanted to use the B Dasher for this video and i don't have that unlocked on my stock Switch yet.

Honestly I think 3DS is probably the best version. Idk why the sound effect is missing when returning to the finish line on MK8D and it seems like they removed the pinballs being launched right beside the finish line.

3DS graphics are surprisingly good. Wish I could've gotten one back in the day.
I got my 3DS in 2012, but the only game my parents ever bought me was New Super Mario Bros 2, so my Activity log consisted only of NSMB2 and, all of the stock apps, which included over 500 hours of the camera app lmao
Those aren't 3ds graphics that's a filtered emulator running a stolen game
I had a TON of 3DS games but I took a visit to my home country and my cousin stole a whole bunch of them when he said he was “game collecting”. I don’t touch it very frequently anymore but considering modding it

I wonder if these wave dlc tracks look so different because this is how they were originally imagined, but had hardware limitations. Or are they edited to match mk8d more?
Many of the DLC Tracks are adapted from Mario Kart Tour. It looks like the team made an "Import-Export" Process between the Mobile Game and MK8D. But there's more steps involved.

I own all the consoles featured in this video lol. I own a DS Lite, 2 DSi’s, a DSi XL, 2 3DS’s, a 2DS XL, 4 Wii’s, 2 Wii U’s, 2 Switches, every PlayStation, every Xbox, a £3000 PC and a £1500 laptop, and that’s not even all of it, but if you want to believe that i’m poor, that’s your choice :)
And for your information, i own all of the games featured on this channel, and legally backed up my own copies of the games in question for emulation.

i really dont understand whats the deal with this track, why everyone loves it, to me is an avarage track, yeah the pinball thematic is original but i dont like it
It could be the bright neo colors, the bopping banger music, the unique 8-bit sound effects, the clean style design...
Yeah! That sounded like it could have been any other track in those games.
It's kinda like Coconut mall, above average track but the music really sells it.
(But coconut mall does have better gameplay though.)

I only liked this one because when I was a kid I loved playing pinball, and I loved playing Mario Kart, so I really loved Waluigi Pinball back then lol.
It’s definitely not my favourite track anymore, but I still like it and the soundtrack is an absolute banger.
