Good character fragrance choices here, Twin Peaks is a great show and Star Trek Voyager had it's moments as well. Dana Scully from The X-Files is on point and I could also imagine her wearing a classically styled yet subtle fragrance.

What would Fran Drescher in The Nanny wear? For some reason I’m thinking Chanel No. 5 I love that show and thought you’d like to guess the characters scents. Niles the butler admits to wearing patchouli in one episode. Love❤️
So as a guy i am not going to be too familiar with all the women's perfume, although I do buy some ever so often for gifts (4 daughters, wife, mother and two sisters). Captain Janeway, as you said is a person of authority and demands respect, and the one perfume that I have smelled that screams I'm "La Capitana" is Shuhrah Pour Femme by Rasasi.
What do you think of Lorelai Gilmore wearing D&G Light Blue? Although she’s often described as youthful and daring, her work and how she interacts with people makes me think she doesn’t wear anything too strong. Just light, summery and happy.
