I’ve gotten to see Modest Mouse twice in my life but unfortunately didn’t get to make it out for the LCW tour.
I wish that I had. Rest Easy Jeremiah Green, you meant a lot to so many people. Giving it your all one last time for the fans. Going on tour with cancer is no small feat.
Truckers Atlas has one of the best drum beats ever put to record. And he made it when he was 18/19. I hope he was proud of his life in the end. We all sure are.
This concert was a borderline religious moment for me. I was pretty close to where you filmed this. Thanks for putting it out on the ether!

This is by far the best live modest mouse I've seen in 10+ years. Such a shame I didn't know about this tour. Just moved back to AZ but had no idea. Would have paid over 1k for a ticket if I'd knew old Isaac would return like a legend like this.

Touring a 4-piece band? That's freaking sweet, even though I did love the big band days as well. Wished the audio wasn't so tinny but thanks and cheers anyway.
They only needed 3-4 for Lonesome Crowded West, it was recorded with only the original three members and a fourth member for some of the songs like Trailer Trash. Their later stuff had more horns and keyboard usage which called for more members. Both are great I agree! Prost!
Thanks for posting this!!!! This album has been among my top few favorites since I first bought it back in 2001. Crazy to think it's already 25 years old!
Actually kinda upset at how kick ass an encore yall got at this show! Saw them in New Orleans and they just played Breakthrough and Night on the Sun. Can't complain but I'da killed for some Building Nothing or anything more really! Guess we just weren't hype enough ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just saw philly and nyc. Jaw dropping, sincerely one of the best shows ive ever seen, and we have travelled the whole country for decades following them.

We just were at Philly too, what an unbelievable experience! This is the best show I've ever seen. I wasn't ready for that! Didn't think I could like crowded west any more than I did!

Seen them twice in London years back, they were so good thanks for uploading forgotten how great they are live
Catching them for this tour was one of the best shows of my life. Being able to see them play only material from this era, instead of hoping for one or two deep cuts in a show of modern material, was like time traveling back to an era I was too young to experience the first time around.
It’s a shame Jeremiah wasn’t there, but I’m grateful they made the tough call to push through and do the tour without him.
