I used to work there in the early to mid 90s. Definitely a lot of changes. I'm surprised the mall hasn't closed yet. I visited in 2016 and lots of stores were closed.
I'm so happy to see that Ross Park mall still there. I moved away from Pittsburgh 10 years ago and I know there's a lot of malls that shut down. I am absolutely brokenhearted to see century 3 mall go out of business. I'm also a brokenhearted to see the Galleria at the Pittsburgh Mills never become the the mall we all hoped it would be. But that's what happens when you don't allow public transportation on your property.
That Apple store is always packed. It brings a lot of business to that Mall. If it ever leaves there will be a problem I think. It is a great Mall. There are a lot of stores there that you can't find anywhere else in Pittsburgh so I hope it goes strong for a long time. I don't spend as much time there as I used to. As you get older you don't need as much STUFF anymore. After seeing this I think I will go visit the mall this weekend.
