- North police kohima arrested two men on April 23 for allegedly kidnapping a citizen and trying to extort money while two other suspects fled away. Victim identified as Jay Kisor yadav from Motihari, Bihar. Jay Kisor was kidnapped from BSF camp way to Chedema, Kohima on April 22 9:30 am. According to reports, the victim was working as cement mason in Kohima. Kisor mentioned that the accused wanted to extort Rs 5 lakh from him. Meanwhile, the cops tracked down the accused in Pfutsuro and arrested them within hours of the kidnapping.

The fact that they asked him to which faction he is associated with, provides some clues that he might actually have some connections with certain UGs. Or else, those kidnappers would have just demanded for ransom and release the victim.
UGs have better costumized investigation and enquiry skills than most normal law agencies.
