- Join me, Ph.D. Antiques Appraiser Dr. Lori, as I continue my #shopping for bargains at Peddler's Mall in Louisville, Kentucky. Watch as I #thriftshop uncovering a Stangl stoneware collection, Ironstone ceramics and Pyrex #glass. Don't miss my expert tips as I show you how to find quality Ironstone, also know as Farmer's China, and a Pyrex baking dish.
Plus, I show you a quick and easy way to date salt and pepper shakers. It's just too easy, you have to watch! I also highlight a piece of colonial revival transferware that will be popular again soon and why a gold gilded marked Patent cup and saucer is so large in size from the late 1930s - early 1940s.

Dr. Lori I so appreciate the education your giving us and your expertise!
I love your Thrift with Me videos. Thanks for doing them. I learn a lot, and it's almost like I am there with you.
Appreciate your knowlege, your quick twinkly eyes, and you as a person. Thank you MUCHLY for choosing to share your wealth of knowledge with so many uncaring, snotty folk. I can talk like this now since I turned 70!😉😉😉
I really appreciate your thrift store teachings.
Have great grandfather's rocker, wicker seat and back, early 1900...was resored in the 60's..need to do again...❤ omg Dr. Lori...you da bomb😊
Never heard of Stangle before. Gorgeous collection. Thanks for all you do.
I live in Iceland and I love going to the thrift store here after watching yiur videos and trying to find things similar to what you show us here 💗 I learn SO MUCH, thank you for that!
Hi, Dr. Lori! My husband would approve of a pepper shaker with same # of holes as the salt shaker. 😂 I enjoyed this video a bunch, especially the history of the beautiful things you showed us. Thank you!
Thanks again for showing us what to buy and what to leave behind!
Thank You Dr Lori…u are so knowledgeable ✅🙏❤️
I love the blue too 💙
My mom had the strangle set. I loved it as a child. My sister took it when my mom past. My brother in law put it in the trash. I was so mad. Thanks for another great trip.
How sad!
I love it that you know so many details Dr.Lori about Everything! Omgosh! The way you talked about that rocking chair! Very, very impressive. I think a long time ago that l had that same pyrex plate. It was my apple pie dish. Not sure what happened to it. The gilded pink cup and saucer set was my favorite. I immediately envisioned it on my old vanity draped with pearls! 😂
Thanks so much for taking me shopping this evening!!! God Bless You! 🤗✌️❤️🦋🙏
I like how you explain everything as far as cost is it a value and what the retail is a lot of good information
Merry Christmas! Love from Whitesburg ga. Always enjoy seeing you
Thank you, Dr Lori!❤
LOVE your videos and I've learned SO much! Picked up a box of costume jewelry for only $6 and low and behold, four heavy Monet necklaces were in the box! I am beyond elated because of you! A colleague of mine passed on it as he didn't see any 14k gold. Too bad for him! 😂😂
I absolutely love you Dr. Lori I first was introduced to you via pawn stars and I have learned so much from you❤ thank you so much for all your videos❤
Nice variety of quality items at that location. Thank you for making and sharing that video.

LOVE THIS AND THANK YOU
Nice !
funny. my mom always thought those bone dishes were salad plates. that is what she used them for with her royal doulton old willow. I always thought they were too small for the salad. the salad was always on the table cloth with those bone dishes. hahaha
Colonial revival....good to know. I have some transfer ware that will be good.
I really like Lori
I like the yellow n brown,,
Dr Lori - you didn’t get to the blue!!!!
Thank you
Thanks
Oh No is the blue glass video coming? I love glass.
I would rather have more holes with pepper. I don't use much salt. I like to spice it up even though I'm from mid-west dutch.
How would I go about selling Currier and Ives dish set from the 50's to 60's?
Have you watched my videos that focus on reselling? Have you read my articles on my website at www.DrLoriV.com where I talk about reselling? I also offer classes on reselling.
What happened to the blue glass ?
I think u would look so cute in maxi skirts. You are so pretty and have gorgeous hair. Try maxi skirts or dresses that flow from the top down. Xo
