I had small doubt
I am planning to start terracotta air dry clay jewellery to dry the ornaments should we keep in direct sunlight r in shadow of the sunlight r inside the home
I love making crafts but no idea with terracotta and basics

First of all normally terracotta jwellery clay need oven drying, so check properly which clay u have if it needs baking for drying...if its air dry then u dont need to keep in direct sunlight, just keep it open somewhere inside, it will get hard, give it time to get dry.😊

You can use cold porcelain, it wont leak...but i dont advise to wash it in water...you can use tea light candles in it

This is normal clay, so if you add oil directly it may leak...you can use terracotta or polymer clay if you want to add oil directly.

Sir u can use paper mache clay...but then i will advise you not to put oil directly as we do traditionally...but u can put tealight candles in it...also with papermache clay you can't really make those delicate designs on it....but its possible to use papermache clay for this

Mam u can use any metal wire available at home, it just strong enough to support the neck. I usually make mybprojects with whatever is available at home. If u dont have any wire then u will get itbin any craft store, ask for thick flower making wire.

These are tea light holders...u need to light tea lights in it...if you want to put oil in it directly then you can use terracotta clay and cure them in oven😊

Yes you can....but as i told you in that clay video that the clay shrinks after drying...so there can be cracks....and as that clay dries fast, u need to be really fast doing all intricate work😊
