FYI. I watched a friendly Argentina played in year 2011. Messi played full time and the one thing I vividly remembered is that he really did not run much. In fact he walked quite a lot, moved positions on the pitch and only ran when with the ball at his feet. In fact, recently Messi gave advice to some young players at Inter Miami to walk a lot on the pitch because it apparently helps to see the game better.
So, with this supplementary information may be you are better equipped to carefully weight when Sadhguru says "you can see he really is not able to run as much. he can not keep with the young guys. so he is smart and he knows how to use his body..bla..bla".
