None of these bands, unfortunately, are even in the top 50 most streamed songs globally. Their latest releases are older now. FIR last album was in 2017, latest single Jan 2023. The Death of Peace of Mind 2022, Take Me Back to Eden may of 2023, 11 month ago, that's the newest. None of them are doing anything particularly new music wise, other than blending genres like it's early 2k and which S Koreans have been doing forever. As much as I like these bands I don't get how they're "flipping the music scene". It's just the same old same old with semi-new faces. (because none of these bands are new)

I don’t listen to Korean music so I’d have no way of knowing what they’ve been doing. IMO when no one what genre you are that’s flipping music upside down. 2022 & 2023 is still new music and Ronnie definitely has grown since 2017, I was speaking of their more recent works.

Sleep Token's last album is mostly progressive metal, again a genre mix, with some djent, modern pop/RnB. Falling in Reverse last single was basically alternative. So the music itself is just a rehash of earlier stuff but modernized sonically and of course with some talent behind it. As for the S Koreans. They're like the genre bending wizards. The seemingly don't care at all, they will mix anything with anything, often multiple anythings, and they do it really well. I even hear it in their pop music (kpop) a lot of time. It's kinda different, like Dreamcatcher, for example, they're one of those dancing girl groups but they blend metal, rock, electronic, pop, RnB, rap/hip hop, jazz, ect check out "BONVOYAGE". lol there lots of styles in it but it's coherent. peace

I must suggest Limits (from the album before the one you've been listening to), Concrete Jungle, Like a Villain, Dethrone, Artificial Suicide and IDWT$. That's in order of what I like most :)

This song is basically about fading into "the grey" in another words.. into an untraceable void. Its a term that can be used for when people slowly become irrelevant hence the grey region. (I hope my sloppy explanation works. Lol)
If you are checking out the range of bad omens, you can’t leave out “artificial suicide” and “dethrone.” Also Electric Callboy and Spirit Box would be great bands to react to as well
