      @BrahmaDBA Год назад +33

      Okayu and Pekora knowing an SP because they grew up with it. Matsuri is probably too young to grow up with an SP since she instantly thought DS. Watame probably grew up in a similar timeline with PekoKayu but didn't play it as a child.

      @@lvxix9686iirc, pekora should be like mid 20s by now. I can further narrow down since in one of her Soul Caliber VI streams, she fought agaisnt a guy customised as a kamen rider Decade (from 2009), and she thought of Kamen Rider Hibiki instead (which was 2005).. and that was around my childhood era too. So i can vouch that pekora absolutely knows the GBA SP

    The SP came out when I was in still college. I'd gotten all of Nintendo's Game Boy lineup (including the the original back in 1989!), but the SP's rechargeable battery and backlight were truly something special. I played so many games on it back when I was a game reviewer, and I still have a huge collection of used GBA carts. The DS made it obsolete in a couple of years, but I never forgot about it. My SP is still sitting on my bookshelf with a Metroid II cart inside. Good times.

    This year was GBASP's 20th anniversary! I still play my launch silver GBASP every other day (from 2003). Still holds a good charge. I play my original Tetris cartridge from 1989 on it (which can't save scores anymore). Amazing how long Nintendo stuff still works after so long.
    As if that doesn't more than reveal that I'm old (and how much pain I'm in from Matsuri's reaction), my original NES still works too.
