See I actually forget that the sp was a thing, I skipped it and didn't know of its existence until like the 3ds and after that it kinda just exits my mind
Matsuri loses God points for not knowing what a Game Boy is
I remember my kid ass wondering why internet complaining that Gameboy Advanced don't have any back-light until i discovered i have a GBA SP instead the OG years later
She had no childhood.
Never had a game boy. But I had a Dandy game console. It was a pirate console in my country(It was Mario, the portal of the battalion commander of the first parts and much more that was in those years)at the beginning of the 2000s (although they were also in the 90s if I understand correctly)
Of course my oshi knew what it was right away.
I think Bae and Matsuri need a GameBoy collab with Super Mario Land, Minish Cap, and Mario Kart Super Circuit.
This year was GBASP's 20th anniversary! I still play my launch silver GBASP every other day (from 2003). Still holds a good charge. I play my original Tetris cartridge from 1989 on it (which can't save scores anymore). Amazing how long Nintendo stuff still works after so long.
As if that doesn't more than reveal that I'm old (and how much pain I'm in from Matsuri's reaction), my original NES still works too.
I love the SP. I got mine for my 4th birthday (19 years ago). I still play it and love it. I actually collect them now. But despite how many I have, I still prefer to play on my original flame red SP.
i still have mine, the beautiful black one...
now its part of my consoles museum, my gaming childhood are come from this ~
I only owned a pink transparent Gameboy Advance (the horizontal one) as a kid, but some of my friends owned the SP. I remember wanting to get one because of how cool it looked, but the first DS model was right around the corner so it wasn't worth it lol (i was also already super attached to my GBA lol)
The Legendary SP that make everyone Happy ❤only legend know how it feel
wtf i have one with this exact color. it barely works but still what are the odds
I feel like it was more of a not being able to afford the console.. knowing her past life shes not that young so i could only assume it was more of a money thing
This. People always wrongly assume it's about age when it really isn't.
no im not crying about getting old.
Ah, one of the reason why I'm wearing glasses in fifth grade.
Mine was light blue btw.
