RIP Graham and Terry. I was introduced to the Pythons in the mid-70s when PBS began to show their episodes. Hook, line and sinker from the get-go. Ministry of Silly Walks, the fish dance, the dead parrot, the penguin on the telly - the list is endless. Cheers....
@KristineEstes-zq8jo this director Albert Pyun inflicted with Parkinsons and early on set alzheimers and was directing to like few days before he died If you watch clips of Bruce willis roast you can see he doesn't respond right away to jokes and delays in his ending speech. Like Jones he started with Aphasia and went into dementia
It would have been classic Python vibes if for the members who were no longer with us, you’d have just said ‘Dead.’ and moved on. It still blows my mind that John Cleese did a convention in my city. Well worth the wait in line to see a man I grew up watching.
my grandparents 🇬🇧 introduced my parents🇬🇧 whom introduced me🇦🇺 and i’ve now introduced my children 🇦🇺 (catching me breath) to the python lads. can not get enough.! 😉☺️😊😃😆😉 ✌🏻🌏🇦🇺🤘🏻
with slight variation in location my family has also kept the work of the brilliant Pythons appreciated by 4 generations of our family thus far: my great-aunt🇮🇹 introduced my mother🇺🇸 who introduced me 🇺🇸 I then made sure to introduce my husband and our kids 🇺🇸 Cheers!!
In honor of this video, here is the funniest joke in the world. Wenn ist das Nunstück git und Slotermeyer? Ja! Beiherhund das Oder die Flipperwaldt gersput!
Where are they now? Well they are all in this Cupboard, sad isn't it. Goodnight. Steve, that is the all point of a reunion, so that people can see us. Come back here Steve, you barsteward.
"I guess that we're all thinking how sad it is that a man of such talent, of such capability for kindness, of such unusual intelligence, should now, so suddenly, be spirited away at the age of only forty-eight, before he'd achieved many of the things of which he was capable, and before he'd had enough fun. Well, I feel that I should say, nonsense. Good riddance to him, the freeloading bastard, I hope he fries! And the reason I feel I should say this, is he would never forgive me if I didn't, if I threw away this glorious opportunity to shock you all on his behalf. Anything for him, but mindless good taste." ~ John Cleese at Graham Chapman's memorial service
@@MichaLLLBMYes. My favourite character was Wing Commander Morton and my favourite scene was definitely the scene where they are dressed up as schoolgirls. It had me crying with laughter. What about you? :)
@@peterleckey00 The Wing Commander is awsome. Thought about him, when I made the comment about favourites And of course there are lots of funny and kinky scenes. (e.g. The Popozogolous Special) But I also like some of the non funny parts. For example, when Christine's father comes to her "house" and she sets him up with one of her "workers" after his revelation to her. This is a deep look into a broken character and wery well done. And of course a bit taken out of context: "The future lies in kinky people!"
It's sad that you neglected Sir David Attenborough from this list. He was 'Director of Programmes' at the BBC and was responsible for green-lighting Monty Python's Flying Circus in 1969 on BBC1 Final thought: Terry Gilliam has not been an American since 2006 when he renounced his citizenship in protest of George W. Bush and *his* criminal prosecution of the Iraq War.

A friend got to see final stage performance back in 2014/2015 and he said you can tell Terry Jones was having issues communication wise.
*Intercourse* the penguin! 🐧💥
Myself as well 😊 Favorite memories of a better time in America ❤
@@welcometothemovies9157Old age is not for sissy, Bravo! that he performed best as he could, how hard it must've been for the rest of the cast ❤

I love all the Pythons as a group but Graham is my favourite. He's not always given enough credit so thank you for your nice words about him.
Life of Brian was the best comedy film ever absolutely hilarious
Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition 🤣
And I can't choose either of them. They're all brilliant. RIP Graham and Terry 🥺

You mentioned Eric Idol did voice work for Video Games but not John Cleese who did voice work for Payday 2
OMG, I always love your MPFC vids, keep 'em coming! BTW, Graham and Michael are my favorites, but I love all of them, of course.
Well, what could I say, but the PARROT sketch is my all-time fave MPFC sketch.🐦❤
STEVE MARTIN: They're in this cupboard.
I'll be devastated when all the pythons are gone

It's a crime that Michael Palin is the only Python (so far) knighted.
They better hurry if the other three are to get a knighthood. Not like any of them are getting any younger.

Eric Idle doesn't sound like he comes from South Shields. He must have come from the posh end.
Terry Jones also directed Personal Services. One of my favourite comedy films ever.
Absolutely, watched it a few weeks ago

I still remember that I once almost won a meeting with Terry Gilliam. But I only got second prize, a Monty Python t-shirt and a sticker, damn it!
