That's almost my idea of a picnic. Except I serve steaks or rotisserie chicken cooked over an open fire. Ask some motorcyclists I met in Ouray, Co in the grocery store several years ago. For six of them (couples) I fixed steaks, baked potatoes, baked beans, sweet corn, garlic toast, and made "campfire pies" (canned biscuits rolled out, a dollop of pie filling put in, then folded over and baked) with ice cream on top, from my firegrill and the stove in a VW Microbus Westphalia conversion van. Shameless plug: I was camped at "4J plus 1 plus 1 Campgrounds". Nice people run it, very nice place to stay.
