You are definitely the most fun camera nerd to watch on youtube. Always having a good time ❤️
I found a photo of a chickadee that I thought was taken with Sony A7IV and the Sigma 150-600. I was surprised to see it was taken with ZVE10 and Sony 55-210. No difference in quality. Beautiful bokeh and detail. It really made me realize how good APSC can be in good light. Not bad in low light really.
Love the laid-back style and enthusiasm to your videos. Always some good insights. Part of why you're the only camera channel I subscribe to.
Wife backpedaling on the haircut 😆
"Ooooh" isn't bad.
My husband loves his kilts, and the first time I saw him in one, he caught me off guard, and I laughed the kind of laugh where you can't catch your breath, it's silent, and you cry. That's a reaction I reeeally had to backpedal. "Your shirt was untucked, you had your sneakers on, I like it with your boots," and finally "I'm sorry. I love you!"
🤣
Cannot wait until we get some XS-20 content 🙌
Both full-frame and APS-C are great. If you like experimenting, you're going to want both.
Yes indeed. I need both!!
Hi your channel is fantastic, not only your audio! 😉 I am stuck between 7CII or a6700, which I should buy??! I have a Nex-6 that I love it, with the 35 and the 50. I would love the better quality on photo of the 7CII and the low light performance, but the portability of 6700 is something I would not renounce... What I should buy?
I think the a7cii would be better overall if you don’t mind the price. it’s about the same size as the a6700. And the lenses don’t have to be bigger if you buy the right ones. the 40 2.5 and the 50 2.5 and 24 2.8 are tiny full frame lenses
Thank Mark for the answer, I suppose is the dilemma of everyone! Greetings again for your attention and your amazing channel!
Shame you did this live stream so early for me. I can't remember if I've said it before or not but I'm in the UK and you did this while I was at work. Just finished watching it at 03:50. Good show Mark. I've been having a play with the ZV-E10 lately on my video's. It does give a good image but I really wish it had an EVF. I did try and look for an add on one that ran from the HDMI port but no one seems to make one. If someone could make one it would be such a boost to these little camera's and I'm sure it would be popular.
I had 3 full frame Sony cameras.
Too heavy the lot, lenses are heavy and so is everything else you carry for your camera.
When the A6700 got released, I called it more than good enough! with the right lens, it fits in my pants pocket!
And any overheating can be fixed with the Razer-made, magnetic iPhone cooling fan. Unlike the Tilta fan, you can pop it on and off in a second!
this ulanzi one is great - but I’ll look at the one you mentioned
@@MarkBennettCameraCrisis Razer stuff is schmanzy fancy, but some times not the most long-lasting. Cheap enough to buy both and have one in reserve ^^
Damn…I missed Mark ‘live’ (even if your head was too high😊). Looked good..one day maybe we can see you live at stand up!
I got it with the 11mm. Love that lens, still waiting for the Viltrox 27mm to come out for Sony.
Good to have you back live streaming... love it
May you add a notification soon enough for a live session? I missed it.
I put out a coming up for the live early in the morning. Check your settings and make sure “All” notifications are turned in for the channel.
@@MarkBennettCameraCrisis I cannot turn the bell on unless I agree with notifications from the RUclips app (which annoys like crazy)
I missed the live too, but anyway hi from Malaysia! May I know when is the next live? Will put it on my calendar
Great stream! Hope to see you at NAB.
I asked about buying OM-1 or wait for Sony stacked sensor camera. Apologies, I didn't put the context in that I shoot Sony APS-C but now need blackout free shooting as well.
Well, the a9 series and the A1 have blackout free shooting, but I don’t see that happening with the APSC line anytime soon.
@MarkBennettCameraCrisis Thanks, Mark. I had considered these 2 cameras, but I would want to keep my APS-C lenses for their size/weight compromise. So would 10MP be enough, or could I justify spending AU$9,000? Neither option fills me with cheer, and I don't think Fuji offers the APS-C size/weight benefit I would like. And before anyone suggests popping into my local camera store, that's a 2hr+ each way trip to Melbourne for me.
Just noticed that I can get A1 for AU$7,500, which makes it more interesting.
I missed the live. I'm still watching this.
You mention going to the gym and the first question that pops up in my head: are Nick the Bodybuilder and Steve the Great Canadian Athlete still there? :D
Completely unrelated to the stream, sorry!
Haha - OG!! I have moved a little in the city, and Nick built his own home gym during the pandemic. I have to get together with those guys!!
@@MarkBennettCameraCrisis Oh cool, good for Nick! Thanks for the update to his story arc :)
Sad I missed this live!
Next time!!
Am here 🎉
Can you do wedding photography on Sony apsc that gets close to full frame quality? I'm not finding many examples on youtube with sample pictures taken with apsc at weddings while for fullframe there are lots. Is this an indicator you should not shoot a wedding on apsc? I already have the zve10 with the Sigma primes + the Viltrox 75 1.2, and was thinking to get a second sony apsc for back-up but I'm not sure if this will give me good enough quality compared to full frame. Thanks!
Oops. The FX30 does do 4K 120- just like the a6700.
yes. I said the fx30 doesn’t stream usbc 4K in case that’s what you heard and you think I misspoke
Oh, Lord. You're right. I should have gone back to listen again because I missed the context- which was quite clear. Keep on keeping on with your reviews because they are great!
I've noticed that during the stream the ZV-E1 would lose you from time to time and backfocus. I remember this being an issue with static shots on the A7siii when it was first released, so it seems they still haven't fixed it for that sensor. Would you say that the A6700/FX30 focus more reliably?
Yes - I noticed that too. First time that’s happened. Believe I had zone focus instead of the proper wide with eye autofocus. U will test again next stream
Proper content !!!!!!
Omg missed a live!
still up!!
What do you think of DJI development of a mirrorless camera
bring it on DJI!! would love to see it
Great stream 🎉
thanks!!
Q. Canon R8 + Canon RF 24-105 f/4 L Vs Sony a6700 + Tamron 17-70 f/2.8 - If both packages are available at similar prices, which to choose?
For photos I would get the Canon setup.
@@MarkBennettCameraCrisis thanks man 🤗
Muy entretenido.
What do you recommend for multi cam video switcher
I like this ecamm software a lot
How do I match the zve10 to the Sony a7c better for a and b cams ?
get the LeemingLUT and shoot both cameras in the cone2 profile according to his directions.
Missed the live
You didn’t miss much 😂 and I’ll leave it up in the live section
DJI could be developing an apsc that is better than full frame. Look at the DJI osmo pocket 3.
Internet wouldn't reach to the crisis center?
It’s there - but I doubt good enough for a 4k stream!!
*gasp* The A6700 finally died while streaming for Mark 🤯 So odd because I remember last stream you went something like 90 minutes with no issues 🤔
yes. it is odd. last time I had no issues streaming with the a6700. so it clearly depends on the situation. with the fan though - no issues
Did you was streaming at 60 r 30fps?
Fwiw if you need a backup option Mark, I live stream on zoom with my zve10 plugged in with a dummy battery for 3 to 4 hours with no issues.
