Interesting about the trees and clouds and water. I really should switch to watching these ten min videos in early morning instead of what I was in the habit of this past year.... They will serve me better. And, I need to shift.

I was a heat and air tech and I can tell you that hot water will freeze faster than cold water. I remember arguing with my supervisor that it made no sense that hot water would freeze faster than water that was already cooler. Some ice machines were hooked to hot water. I made the assumption that hot water must contain less solids than cold water. Awesome video! You are getting really good at this! I think you are the smartest person on youtube!

A theory on why warm water MAY freeze faster than cooler water. My background is accounting, so you can take this with a grain of salt. Actually, it's better if I leave salt out of this.
Energy is just atoms in motion. The more atoms move, the more heat they generate, and likewise the slower they move the cooler they become. Everybody here already knows this, I know. Here are my thoughts. Let's say we wanted to freeze two glasses of water. Let's say it freezes at 0 degrees C. We put into a freezer a glass of water warmer than the other glass, and everything else is exactly the same. Here is what I think happens. Since the warmer water has atoms ALREADY IN MOTION relative to the cooler water, it has a "headstart" or a kick, or a boost to approaching zero as oppose to the cooler water. Yes, the cooler water has atoms that are already sluggish and slowed, but I believe the process to getting to zero in this case is a more natural process to the zero line, whereas the warmer water is "cheating" a bit to get closer EVEN IF IT HAS FARTHER TO GO! For example, two racers trying to reach the 100 meter mark. One racer starts at the 75 meter mark and only has to go 25 meters to go, while the other starts at the starting line and has the full 100 meters to go. The racer starting from scratch is allowed to run 50 meters before the starting gun off. Thus the racer already in full stride, but still 25 meters behind the second racer MAY actually pass that runner even though that runner has to run only 25 meters to the finish. The first runner had "more energy" to get to the finish line quicker than the runner who starts with no inertia other than its natural.
Of course all sorts of conditions and qualifications would apply, I couldn't beat Usain Bolt in a 100 meters even if I started at 90 meters! I could very well beat others however. Sometimes it might work! So I think there is some logic to this theory or idea depending on the substances being used. Again, just a guess.
