Transactional Analysis: Ego-State Contamination

Welcome to our video on the transactional analysis concept of ego-state contamination, which deals with what happens when our Adult ego-state is distorted by unwelcome aspects of our Parent ego-state, our Child ego-state, or both. Since our Adult ego-state is crucial in our approaching the world in a rational, grown-up manner in the here and now, such contamination can be very damaging.
