Hiya, thanks for this video. I'm looking for more reading on the second order functional model, but I can't see it discussed in any of Berne's writing. Can you point to a book that discusses this diagram and the positive and negative subdivisions of functional ego states?

I have a doubt if a stimulus is from a controlling parent and the expected reponse is from a positive adapted child state but the reply is from a adapted negative state will that still come under complementary transactions …..bcoz it ends the convo right ??
