It’s interesting - there are negligent pet owners and then there are people who kill others pets. I have had a cat poisoned by anti freeze, and my mom once had a neighbor who it was known in the neighborhood that pets disappeared if near their property. But somehow both these type of people rarely get in trouble.

@@nancybrouse5070 how is that evil? Homeowners have a right to be safe in their own yard. The bad person here is the dog owner who feels entitled to let their "pets" run loose and scare and harass people all over the neighborhood. That is selfish. If you let your precious pitbull run loose you can be sure it won't end well. Because it will eventually hurt or kill someone, get run over by a car, get hurt in a fight with another dog or somebody will finally have enough and kill the dog. Be a responsible "pet," owner and a decent person. My cats feet have never touched the ground outside because of the reasons above and because I'm a good neighbor.

Omg 😳 give me a break I wish I lived near there because I would come and get them and rescue them im a very serious pitbull and dog lover for 40 years and I know how to handle them and I don’t need a big stick like you all have you all are creating fear to them all I need is a few cheeseburgers and the right tone in my voice and dominance in my actions etc etc

A city the size of Memphis doesn't have an Animal Control ? Here in San Jose, they'd be picked up in an hour or less.
Call your State Police if the city refuses to deal with this.

When you live in a state and a city that believes government is the problem and we will take care of the problem by shrinking it in size and not funding it then you find out that things like this are the result. In this particular case, I happen to disagree with the idea that approaching these dogs which look to me to be abandoned, frightened and looking for a home, with shovel and a stick is no way to resolve the issue. If you come at me with a shovel and a stick I will take offense. Call local non-kill shelters tell them about these lost dogs and hopefully one of them will come out and retrieve them. Work with them. And rehome them. Or maybe you just like the idea of being on television with shovel and stick.

The true experts of unprovoked, prolonged, neutral ground, disproportionately dangerous and deadly dog aggression are the dog fighters.
They intentionally selectively bred for the drive and ability to "kill or die tryin"
They never say the behavior comes from how you raise them.
They never say that bully dogs are just like other dogs
They describe their dogs by bloodlines in fighting weights because they know that's what matters.
If you resist BSL breeding bans on fighting dogs, you are on the same team with the dog fighters.
Dog fighters hate BSL the most because they know it would take many many decades to create game insane dog killer dogs from non-blood sport dogs.
And all North American and European dog fighters choose only bully dogs
