That Clementine story is very touching! I really am happy for her. This will help her son in the long run to be healthy as well.

It's pretty sad that most dietitians still recommend to eat high protein animal bits and pieces to reverse illness.

Thought the same myself. And even though the woman with PMS stated that she doesn't enjoy dairy, the dietitian made a yoghurt smoothie!? No suggestion of using soya yoghurt or plant milk.

Agreed! They could’ve just suggested eating dark leafy greens to get the calcium needed and avoid the dairy that was making her sick.

@@jayhillz3705 would You eat those things raw and without any salt or seasonings? We are nog physically designed to eat it , we did it to survive , but what is more appealing to you a dead bird or a colourful juicy mango? Doesn’t make sense to me

Prescribing milk and cheese? OMG! Now she's going to up her bad cholesterol and put her heart at risk instead. Green smoothies would have been better to up her calcium uptake ... SMH ... Further in a see she's eating broccoli to help. Tho they say her calcium isn't enough for the plan, she has seen an improvement which is good, and it's early days too

I screeched when I heard them tell her to eat dairy! In addition to all the things you mentioned, she will also put herself at risk for painful periods and Endometriosis!

I'm not into only eating raw food, but I do eat higher amounts of raw veggies than I used to, for health. Whatever diet one follows, do the necessary research and make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need. Vegans, for example, need to supplement with B12, tho nowadays many meat eaters are B12 deficient also!

I had period pain for every single period I had from the first to last. I then discovered upon examination that my womb was full of fibroids.

The B12 in algae is an analogue. The B12 in the raw foodist's serum may be inactive and he could end up with serious irreversible damage.

Why do you not prescribe K2/mk7 to clear cholesterol from the blood as well as diet change? I take a daily K2/mk7 and I will never take statins.

This dietician doesn't understand how high raw veggies are in calcium.

Clementine does not look like 47. I would have guessed 40. Especially because her son is still so young.

Bad cholesterol is found in the lean part of meat! Really sad they still include these in a cholesterol reducing diet. WFPB been found to be very effective in reducing cholesterol, and by all means eat more soy beans. Lots of fruit and vegetables with potatoes, oats, beans, lentils really are helpful.
