Dude, you had me concerned for a moment. That's the dealers tip stack. When he gets a full "red one" or $5 they put it onto their pockets. At the end of their deal they will take the entire tip stack tot he next table but it helps so that they are not carrying around a lot of $1 chips all day to each table.
