The bridge scene is doing my absolute nut in. Don’t know if it’s me who just can’t get to grips with how to get across but I’m using the correct ones and I just keep blowing over
OMG! I have real bad memories of this boss fight from when I first played the original Dark Moon game! I used to rage quit so many times because I had so much trouble with it. My advantage of playing the boss fight like however many years later is the fact I remembered and knew what I had to do! Also, the Secret Mine really is such a cool location! 😄

I see why some people said that the boss in this mansion is really difficult. I remember playing it on the 3ds, and yes, I did rage, but I managed to get the hang of it whenever I replay the boss. You have to rely on the physics and time it right. Edit: also yeah. Aim for the center pieces first.
I honestly don't think the ice boss is as tough as people say it is... It's literally all about timing. If you have good timing, you'll do it no problem... In fact, I actually did it first try because I had good timing. First, go for the center pieces when the boss is close as they will become problematic the further he is away... To do so, just aim up, and if you miss, just aim higher up. Second, once you have gotten the center pieces, then just aim straight forward without even really moving your camera much. You'll be able to hit most of the other ice pieces. Third, if the boss is pretty far away from you and your down to your last 1, 2, or 3 ice pieces: The bombs will take a pretty long time to reach him, so if you shoot a bomb too late and it still takes a while to reach him, then shoot it much, much later... I found that if you shoot a bomb where the ice piece you are trying to hit is around the top left to the top middle of the boss, you'll be able to hit it almost every time. The boss is really not that bad if you're good at timing, just keep practicing and you'll get it. However, with all that being said, I do get where people are coming from about the boss being difficult and why it can be frustrating... @ZXMany, I am really enjoying these Luigi's Mansion 2 HD Videos by the way. I finally gotten around to watching them because I wanted to play the game myself first and I just got the game last week. Keep up the good work!
It’s suspicious that there’s a conveniently placed sled with a bomb launcher attached to it right when you need it. Why does the professor have a bomb launcher???
ZXMany be careful at the next boss fight there will be 3 grouchy possesor's and thats the problem. I don't wanna spoil what happens next but there is basically a boss fight and after that boss fight, I mean like when you get the dark moon piece something happens and that's where things get also hard... In the illusion..
OMG that looks like a very cold case to be honest literally it is a very cold case you know because of the temperature outside of Luigi's mansion 2 HD you know the sequel to Luigi's mansion 3 released on Halloween 2019 which would have to be October 31st 2019
I recommend putting the controllers on to the switch. When you began to cross the bridge tilt the entire switch right/left as necessary while moving forward. It's still difficult this way but I made it across on my second try. If I had continued to try while playing from the tv screen I would have never made it. Hope that helps. Zooka zooka !
Honestly, people tend to over exaggerate the ice boss. I thought it was impossible when I was younger but after revisiting the game, it’s honestly a cakewalk. A mild inconvenience at worst.
I told my sister about my experience with the ice boss (who has never played this game) and she suggested what you said, that maybe a lot of people found it harder when they were younger but it’s not actually too bad
I just stuck at the matainace room in D-3 ,flashed the boom robots severval times by mistake,then they never show up again ,I'm sure that I did not miss one somewhere in the room , I even tried to go back to the beginning room with bear elevator ,went a long way back there still no boom shows again...😢
I can see why people think the boss is so frustrating not only does the boss repair itself your cannon will also explode i dont think i would be able to kill that boss even if i tried

That bomb you saw on the ice lake was invisible, only being seen in the reflection. You need to use the Dark Light Device to use it.

I recommend putting the controllers on to the switch. When you began to cross the bridge tilt the entire switch right/left as necessary while moving forward.
