    The monolift wouldn't be legal. There is a world of powerlifting outside of WPO. Being able to unrack the weight and walk out is actually considered a part of the lift.

    @powerlifterism1 No you are not, if anything you want to focus on a point slightly down and in front of you, and use that as somewhat of an indicator in order to maintain good form and balance.

      It takes a powerful nervous system muscles and tendons of steel and technique. Fat helps for leverage too of course

    this is very uncomfortable for me to watch just waiting for someone to hurt themselfs it cant be good for there joints knees,spine ect
