A play of straight lines and clean frames define the facade of Shubhlaxmi residence set in Surat. The plot area of 3,850 sq ft is accompanied by bungalows around and a road in the front. The floods experienced in the city have led to create houses on hollow plinth. Considering the climatic conditions, client’s requirements, ethnicity and his cultural background, Utopia Designs planned the house as a two storey structure by raising the base by 6 feet from the road level.

Utopia designs, you have done a really good job. This house is not designed mechanically it seems. This project reflects that it mattered and is being designed for oneself, by oneself. The accessories and level of personalization has mesmerized us. Keep it up.
This is one of the most perfect houses ever built and seen.Needless to say only a diamond merchant can afford it.
No man. Only plot price matters. Construction would be around 50-80 Lacs. Diamond merchants have big villas like starting at 10000 sq ft.
The guy would be a businessman for sure. And I have recently built a house in noida. In 50-80 lakhs you will get a decent house 3 -4 floor, not like this one.
Enchanting spaces..Surat architects have come of age..We Baroda architects have been a bit sceptical of architectural trends in Surat in past..😊

Hi, I would like to give feedback. Designs are really very good and impressive interior also. However I felt maximum designs are useful for Higher medium class ppl. If your website and associates can provide Architecture/Interior for medium/lower medium class ppl then it will encourage them to take consultancy/services from professionals. Thanks..

@PяAηנαL HINDU nope . architect's charge in range of rs40-200 persqft for civil work, and for interiors 150-300 per square ft .
These are for tier 1and 2 cities.
5000 figure u stated will be for with materials including furniture and artifacts.

While the layout and design is great, the choice of colors is horrendous. Very dark, muted & dull colors. It may well be what the Client wanted but I still feel its a wrong choice.
