From this picture I'm pretty sure that toko died, and togami is holding a picture of her out of respect since his kid is the oldest. I'm sure that all four of them work together to parent the kids, but the problem I have is that if they want to reproduce so much, then their kids should be able to have kids as well, but at this point even if aoi was to have a girl, that couldn't be done without it being INCEST. If toko had kids with someone and then aoi had kids with someone else, those kids could have reproduced too. But still, it would probably feel forced and awkward and gross and everyone would have the same problems as the first four so IDK MAN

The after school lesson really does a great job of conveying emotion without the use of words. The way that Makoto and Kyoko especially shake violently and have their faces get discolored is such a great touch, and once they both close their eyes and the shaking after every slam gets more and more intense you can see that they’ve totally given up. At least Makoto survives his.

Looking at how Alter-Ego didn't show, it makes you wonder if the timing was wrong - because Makoto was buying time while covering for Kyoko, which ended with the near-exposure of Monokuma leading to them "Running out of time" whereas in this ending, Kyoko was backed into a corner since nobody was supporting her due to suspicion - so she had to "Confess" due to this being her only option, yet due to events happening quicker - the virus wasn't fully installed into the security and thus, she was never saved and due to the "Ultimate Detective" being executed - the truth was lost to the void (I mean, think about it - if it came down to luck, they would've been able to escape regardless)
In this ending, Junko wins and she didn't die... She left Makoto and the others locked up in the school to suffer in despair while she lead the Remnants of despair in the outside world to cause havoc... Since, there is no Future Foundation to save the Remnants of Despair and Junko is still alive then yeah, she wins in the bad ending

"Monokuma" wanted to take out Junko. But in the other ending Naegi had to get the punishment, then Alter Ego saved him, bUt nOt mY bABy? Also, I feel really bad. Atleast this wasn't in the anime.
In short, the "mastermind"/ Monokuma wanted to take out Kyouko. But then Naegi was the one who got put up for the punishment in the other ending. The truth was all gone. The good thing was that she never really died, whew, I hate this ending.
Also they'd never get out of the building without Kyouko alive.

That's Monokuma/Junko planned all along... Junko knew that after Kyoko died, everyone would lose hope because Kyoko just died without knowing the truth who is behind the killing game... In this bad ending, Junko wins and able to enjoy the despair of the surviving candidates because she is alive in this bad ending
