Good stuff! I have the Silvertone version of this guitar. Same thing except for the headstock logo. Same color too. The square magnet pickups are killer! Plays real nice.
I really like to look your reviews. It feel so relax and wonderful. It like looking some concert show. Have a lot of Vintage guitars. I want to learning many scales what you plays
I have this guitar (in a beautiful sunburst) and it is a Silvertone sold by Sears. Can you please tell me what brand and gauge strings you have on the guitar for this demo? You and it sound awesome - great playing man.
Man, I need your help, I'm going to buy a Teisco ET-440 but i wonder how is the intonation adjustment in those kind of bridge, can you answer this please.
Oh wait, my bad!!! This bridge is the earlier version and can't be moved back and forth. It's like a Gretsch Space Control bridge that only allows for side movement. This is the earlier version bridge, but other versions had a better one that allowed for more fine tuning.
Thanks! When I was writing my book I had way over 300... now I have somewhere under 100! I don't bother to count them anymore! Ha! Many of them just sort of pass through here to new homes, sorta like foster work
I always loved the pickups on these, had a blue colored metallic ions ago,the punk rock era took that one ..oh well....they where made to play n trash ....

My grandma has one. Plays incredibly.
Amazing ! master!
The guitar sounds a little rickety. #6 E-string. You are a very talented guitarist. Thanks!

Thanks, usually 10s
like the picture of kurt cobain in the back!
What exactly does the red switch do? I get the neck and bridge pickup selectors, but that red one is a mystery to me.
It's like a pre-set tone selector with a "high" and "low" tone option.
Okay, thanks!
Looks like you have a project on the wall. Double-cutaway Melody Maker?

This bridge is actually better than most of the vintage Japanese bridges with intonation. Sort of a cruder Tune-o-matic but it works fine.
But can each saddle be moved?
Yes, on this particular model.

I wonder about this exact kind of bridge gbmedia.azureedge.net/usercontent/gear/3289445/p6_uduovwom5_so.jpg
I know that you are drowning in guitars, but how many do you have? Love your channel!!

Wow! You certainly have some lovely ones! I'm 44, been playing for 9 months, and already own 5. They all have their own personality and nuances.
Yes, that's right! It's like painting with different brushes
