Severe enough cramps can snap bones like twigs if not properly cared for. They can cause muscle tearing and deep tissue bruising as well. I don't know about you, but if I was an elite athlete in the middle of a game, that potential would scare the shit out of me.
@@MybeautifulandamazingPrincess While as a female I appreciate the sentiment male athletes are more likely to experience muscle exhaustion and cramping during matches/games/rounds because they have a higher and more difficult water volume to maintain than women do. Not to mention that menstrual cramping is vastly different in nature than fatigue cramping. Menstrual cramps are actually pseudo contractions of the cervix and surrounding pelvic muscular system. These cramps are deep and dull. Sports related cramps tend to be acute and sharp. We should all just agree and take away from this that cramps can be serious and should be treated as so in any athletic capacity. -Friendly Neighborhood PT
To be honest if I had a cramp in the middle of a tennis match I'd be like "oof, yeah I'm fine I just got a charlie horse"id still be playing but you know
the female body is not designed to do these types of sports, they get injured very often and have weak joints (especially knees). You rarely see men buckle knees simply jumping up and landing. Its not an insult its just biology, women are good at tons of things just not super physical sports.
I agree totally but your statement is too conclusive (like if it is black or white): women can play sports, they just do... they are just more prone (on average) to injuries. Then again their games are not as intense as their male counterparts, so there's that...

I get a cramp in my leg when i woke up once and it was harder than this one from the tennis player. It take 3 days until i was without any pain...it even hurts if i remember...😵😱
I broke my ankle playing soccer but continued playing. Then ran the 800m in a track meet and played in a softball game when I was in middle school before going to the doctor.
That first one made me laugh. I badly injured my wrist in a similar way when i was 15, didnt cry, in fact, i went and did a science exam straight after. Way to carry on like a pork chop!
Unauthorized Expression because the ones that did cry had awful injuries? i doubt you have torn your acl or broken an ankle like that. shit the fuck up. it’s not about women it’s about the injury you sexist pig.
Unauthorized Expression idk about these people but usually when I get hurt at gymnastics I cry from fear. Broke my elbow super badly back in 2015 near Christmas. Fell off the bar. Was pretty dang scary. While yes it hurt I was mostly crying from fear. Exactly a year ago today I was on beam and completely missed my foot and slid down the beam. Huge beam bite (if you don’t know what that is look it up) it was on my entire thigh. Bruised pretty badly. Also rolled my ankle coming down. Ended up with a minor sprain but boy did that thigh hurt. Was on floor and over rotated landing on my ankle weird along with landing on my head. My head was fine but I sprained my ankle pretty badly. Was on tumble track and flew into a window. Hit my head pretty hard but luckily didn’t get a concussion just a bad headache. We usually have a reason when we cry. Sometimes it’s from pain sometimes it’s from fear and sometimes it’s even because we know we won’t be able to do what we love.
MrFantocan oh shut the fuck up. both men and women go through awful injuries. these are professional world class athletes who happen to get injuries. gender has nothing to do with it.
Omg that cramp looked more painful than some of those other injuries 💀
She had butterflys in her stomach, much worse injury, don't think shes gona survive!

maybe not as much as 5:24

Speaking from experience 5:24 is the most painful one of all of these. Although mine wasn't nearly as bad. I can only imagine the pain she's in!
I can hear the "crunch" (in my head) of all those ligaments and cartilages getting torn off at once by tortion. OUCH

1:22 - Cramps don't really count as an injury. More of an inconvenience. A painful inconvenience, to be sure, but still just an inconvenience.

You’re not woman so you don’t have a right to say that cause you don’t experience....

Right cuz if they counted as injuries then women would be injured all the time

Tennis has some of the dumbest, most dangerous and insensitive rules of any sport, period.
I've seen the 55 parts until this. Is this a pathology?

Maaan ! That is really painful

Notice that Asian girls never cry, they're not drama queens.
They are treated and educated more like boys, in a uniform, seudo militaristic way. That's Asia in a nutshell.
Come back on youtube
You’d think the camera people would back up instead of shoving a camera in the injured players face

upland77 i realize this is a year late but when she came down she landed on her wrist
Poor girl on the first incident.......the human leg is NOT designed to bend at that angle! Looks so painful.

Not a criticism- are there mixed-gender teams being shown more-than once in this video?
Not likely, probably just some snazzy hair cuts
No just a lot of lezbians
Nope the most of them are just gay
