I like the fact that you have new equipment to sell from various manufacturers but very little resources to help early customers who paid in full a high price for faulty XP machines from Bitmain. Your lack of urgency and empathy for these early clients shows a real lack of commitment to customer service and problem solving. While you're dragging your feet, relying only on Bitmains warranty claims department to help your hosting customer base you still have time to search for profit while your customers investment seems to mean little. Way to go Compass, a commitment for hosting fees just wasting away and no compunction to just kick customers to the curb . Sad.

@@CompassMining devoting a set no matter the size of resources to a warranty claim is doing just the bare minimum and without cost to the company. This is a monumental situation that happened and the only people feeling the pain are the purchasers of the machines that you asked to do business with. You have all the money up front and you have not provided any good faith return on those purchases as a vendor. In some industries processing warranty claims is the entire business plan. Implying that you are making some sort of a sacrifice to help people is a complete joke. Obviously your response is a scripted reply handed down from Management. That or you don't understand how the warranty business works. I'm asking for compass to do more to make a bigger sacrifice to spend its own resources to help customers that spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at the drop of a hat based on promises that you would do so and that you could do so. Do something more !
Bitcoin mining is not even worth it anymore. You’ll spend more in the long run on electricity than you’ll gain. Mining in 2010-2016 tho was def worth it
With that mentality u won't. U dream of the past that u will never go back to. If u invest in 15kw of lithium and solar then u can run ur house and BTC miner for free.
This guy is a waste of time. We just want to setup and start mining. He never gives you enough information to actually start mining. Quit wasting our time.
