You won't regret it. I got tired of my kia and hyundai leaving me stranded and draining my wallet so i went and got a 2010 lexus rx350 awd with 110k miles on it. Cars been a dream. Got a 2014 RX350 in 2020 with 58k miles on it. It has 116k miles. I have absolutely no complaint with it at all. It is a car that will take care of you if you maintain it regularly.
Excellent review, Kevin! I have owned 2013 RX350 since 2015, put on about 60,000 miles with no problems. Regular oil changes, changed the transmission fluid, differential and transfer case fluids and replaced tires and front brakes. Not as “driver oriented” as the number of Hondas I owned previously, but I prefer the quiet, solid ride and Lexus quality components and craftsmanship.
Bought a certified ‘14 RX350 last year from a Lexus dealership. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Used it to tow a 8ft uhaul trailer over 1,000 miles when I moved. If you can get one at a good price, jump on it.
I bought a 2015 rx 350 today. It has 59,000 miles. Original owners were an elderly couple who took care of it. Looks and drives like new. Really excited

I bought my 2015 used seven years ago never spent a dime on it outside regular maintenance. My wife and I have been driving Toyota and Lexus cars only for over twenty years and the quality workmanship is second to none.😊😊😊😊
My wife drives a 2015 RX450h. She thinks this is the better looking one of the line seeing as the subsequent years had the “ginormous ugly” front. She just uses it for around town shuttling the grandkids to school and other activities so really low mileage (65k). She loves this car.
That “ginormous ugly front" is the reason my wife is still driving her 2008. We refurbished it rather than replace it because the sight-lines over the hood on the newer ones are awful and constitute dangerous design in our opinion.
I bought a 2015 Rx 350 brand new for my wife for Christmas. I took delivery on 12/24/2015 and insisted on the "December to Remember" bow. She opened a small box on Christmas morning with a Lexus fob in it. The craziest gift ever, although we were talking about trading her 2007 GS 350 AWD, which I did. On December 26, she did the dealer walk through and i returned their bow. Since then we have 95K miles on it and it's only needed basic maintenance stuff: tires, struts, and brakes. We haven't had any other issues at all. It's soon going to e relegated to 2nd car stratus as we're looking to upgrade, as we're also downsizing. I'm going to sell the 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP, 77 Datsun 280Z and 2007 Honda Cr-V (beater) and only keep the 96 Porsche 993 Targa as a toy. I'm getting too old to maintain and drive them all. Being a car guy, I did my homework on the Lexus 350 and have been pleased. I've you find a nice one, buy it.
Hi JSB...have you ever changed the Transmission Fluid or Transfer case or Rear Diff yet? Lexus says you don't have to unless you drive on dirt roads, etc. They do recommend coolant change at 100K though.. I love my RX too!
I have changed the transfer and rear diff fluid, but not the trans fluid. I'll do that soon, however. The manufacturers that say not to sell cars and parts for a living keep that in mind.
Thank you for the details in this video. I had been looking at 2014 because a forum I found said the foldable side mirrors started then. Excited to see I can go back to 2013 for the budget.
I bought one of these new in 2011 (first year of this gen). It was a solid and dependable appliance. I drove a then new 2020 model and the 2 vehicles drove exactly the same. My point is you can buy any 3rd or 4th gen RX 350 and miss nothing besides updated tech, if that's important to you.
I drive an RC, my mother drives a newer ES, and I gave my little sister a 1999 RX... her 25 year old RX drives smoother than BOTH our vehicles... Its black magic.
i will miss my HELLA corner lightning (2010model) which goes with the angle of the steering wheel and speed. The later models does only have cheap ON/OFF lights in a fixed angle :-( !
I own 2013rx. I own/have owned 5 Lexus dating back to first 2000 rx350. 2 es350, 2 rx350 and sc430. The only issues I have with current 2013 rx350 is back read door lift motor has gone out, but the bigger issue is a horrible rattle in the steering column. They want $3500 to replace column. Thanks for your review.
Just bought a 2015 with 45k miles, one owner. Paid $23k out the door. A little high in my opinion but good in today's market. Used cars have gone up over the last few years. Had the rattle in the steering column. It was a plastic bushel that has been an issue in some toyotas. My mechanic fixed it for $125. No other issues. It rides sooo good.
Have a 2015 450h. Selected the hybrid as they tend to have lower cost to maintain. I mostly drive in the city so getting around 30 mpg makes a difference. Not afraid of hybrids have a 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid which has been an awesome vehicle. Also these are easier on the environment which is important to me.
Just sold my 2015 RX 350 with currently 41K. Only brakes and tires replaced (both new now). Bought a 2022 RX with 9K since it's the last model yr with the 6 cyl which in my opinion is what makes the RX so refined.
I bought a certified 15' Rx350 and am very happy with it. Its faster than my old Is250 and way more comfortable too. Only thing that happens is that my radio turns off randomly when the song has a lot of bass but other than that its great.
Please understand the perspective of a used vehicle buyer. Most likely the people shopping in this segment will bypass the clean under 40k mile examples and start to slowly creep into clapped out territory with 80-100k+ mileage. These buyers will purchase this with no warranty, no free maintenance period, and no corporate support. I do not want them to be stuck with a busted battery setup or have to deal with the complexity of a hybrid outside of warranty, if a problem arises these buyers might end up bankrupt. If you have one and it works great for you, congratulations. Most people neglect their vehicles and need to use regular fuel and need the car to be as basic as possible mechanically.
May 11, 2024 -- I just purchased a 2013 RX 350 with 79,896 miles for 16k. Obsidian black, tan interior. The paint is almost perfect, low wear at all points. It's a magic carpet, compared to the Scion XD I was driving. I'm floored, frankly each time I drive it at how quiet, solid, composed and comfortable it truly is. Easily the best car I've ever owned, and I'm 69 years old. I've owned tons of cars.
We’ve had the 2013 RX 350 model since 2015. It had only 18k miles on it when we purchased it. Now it has 180k miles. We’ve had 0 issues & I do mean none. Since then we’ve added the GX now with 132k miles & GS 450 H 183k miles MODELS as well with 0 issues.
Just bought a '13 350 AWD non-nav with 50k miles for my 16yo from the local Lexus dealer (non-certified). Thing is in like-new condition - was owned by an elderly couple who garaged it and apparently rarely drove, but upgraded to a new RX after 10 years. She's the most stoked 16yo soccer mom in our neighborhood lol... Bought it because 1) safe, 2) AWD, 3) enough power, 4) reliability (not our first Lexus product), 5) 87 octane, 6) value ($19k for a 200k mile vehicle with all the previous). It was the practical choice - and it was selling for the same price as similar year/mileage Rav4s and $5-7k *less* than equivalent year/mileage 4runners (really the only comparable Toy/Lex products).
I'm torn between this & the first gen NX since this generation of the RX ran from 2010-2015 & the NX's first model year was 2015. They both have very similar features & can overlap in pricing used in that sense
First Gen NX is simply not in the same league as the RX. I owned 2015 RX350 and 2021 NX300h and I wish I didn't trade my 15 RX for the NX... ended up trading the NX for the 22 RX450h... lol
About a month ago i bought the 2014 rx with high miles , but i am totally happy what a car . i'm so glad i did not buy a new car. or another brand. This is my second Lexus RX . These are great cars.
When you say all recommended maintenance, owner's manual doesn't say when to change transfer case and rear diff fluids, only says every 15K when on dirty roads, etc....coolant to be changed at 100K, ATF never mentioned...can I ask at what mileage did you change any one of these?...thanks
I have been performing some due diligence before buying an RX 350 and one area I am concerned about is the REAL gas mileage one gets and not the figures shown on the sticker. I have sold cars before and know that a lot of those numbers are , much higher than what one really gets when driving in actual road conditions. Replies to this question would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance for your reply.
Thank you for your input and your stats are better than some who have shown they avg 14-17 mpg. I do love the car and will most likely make the jump soon. Wishing you the best with your RX350.@@skippyify
Sure the claim that the reviewer do not recommend RX 450h is just misunderstanding softly put. The benefits of lower mileage below 90k 450h are huge, not only because of the better combined, 30mpg, but 459h for each of the model years 2011-2015 and beyond gets more vehicle fir their money, more equipment, and etc. 450h is simply the top model in each of the model years, not only my opinion, but expert, inc. Lexus recimmendation.
I’ve always liked the 2013-2015 RX 350, I miss that L shaped design of that SUV, but when it comes to noise and driving, thing is loud as ever, my ES 350 you can barely hear it when you accelerate, and start the car up, it’s too loud if a ride and noise for me, but these years were my favorite RX 350, especially with the upgraded wheels. 👍🏼
The noisy ride really bothers me to no end. At first I thought something's wrong with my car, then I got on the Lexus forums and they said it's normal with Gen 3 RX...WTH 🙄 Can't wait to get rid of it hopefully next year.
@@papagen00 I am so glad to know that you noticed it as well. I assumed since my car I have a ES 350 was so quiet. I expected the RX 350 to be just as quiet but it’s not when I rode, and drove in my friends, I just kept saying damn this thing is loud it’s not quiet at all, complete difference when accelerating my car, you barely even hear it but the RX that thing is so loud when you accelerate it’s just I’m surprised, especially being a Lexus you would think it would be a quiet ride, the 1999 RX 300 was definitely a lot more quiet that’s for sure I don’t know where they went wrong , it’s so funny because my mom used to drive an Acura MDX, and that thing was dead silent compared to the RX 350.
@@RC-117 that's because the RX is a lot heavier than the ES and they have the same engine. The RX sounds groany and loaded while accelerating whereas the ES is much lighter so it's quieter
A buddy of mine is looking at a '13 AWD with leather, nav, back-up camera, heated/cooled seats, and moonroof, clean title, good shape, listed for $14,995. I wish this had been available when I was car-shopping a couple years ago. 🤷
Mine just passed 125k miles, did you do a trans fluid change yet? My old Toyota Solara went 300k miles w/o a trans fluid change. I've had mechanics tell me not to do trans fluid changed in high milage cars...
2015 RX350, 110k miles, runs like a champ. The one downside, the remote engages at about 7 feet😂, my wife’s 2016 Infiniti QX60 remote 1/4 mile…no joke. We can be in the back of Costco, heading for the checkout, and she double clicks her Infiniti keyfob, and the AC is nice and cold when we checkout and load up ❤😂. Still love my RL though 😊. Every 3k, full synthetic😊
Hello sir My wife and I just bought a 2013 lexus RX350 with 103k miles on speedo. Well we traded in a 2016 lexus ES350 naturally we got the same power train. The 2gr-fe and 6 speed automatic transmission. When I got the to my house i change the engine oil right away then drained and refilled the transmission fluid with toyota ATF WS. This power train has more than 100k miles but it drives like new. There is oil leak, I know this vehicle will make 200 to 400k miles with no problem. Liked your video thanks.
Love my car 2015 RX350..but I don't think it has a brake priming feature for pre-collision..but you may be right. I don't see myself selling the car for a new one just yet...don't trust the Collision protection on the new cars...I'd always turn it off if I had one. Too many complaints on the NHTSA web site, a good source to look at BEFORE buying a car.
IN 2021 I BOUGHT THE 2015 RX450H AWD ALL OPTIONS EXCEPT HEADS UP DISPLAY. IT HAD ONE OWNER 66K MILES ALL RECEIPTS OFFERED BY LEXUS SANTA BARBARA. AFTER MUCH RESEARCH PRIOR I BOUGHT IT SIGHT UNSEEN AS IT HAD THE COLOR OPTIONS I WAS LOOKING FOR AS WELL. I NOW HAVE 100K MILES ADDED PERFORMANCE CHIP + 50HP + 5MPG AFTER MARKET K&N AIR FILTER. I'VE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS. THIS POST MISSED THE FACT THAT THE 2015 MODEL ALSO HAD THE NEW ENGINE THAT WAS USED IN 2016-2024. THE 450H HAS BETTER ACCELERATION THAN THE 350 DUE TO ELECTRIC MOTORS AS WELL...HIGHLY RECOMMEND. LOOKING TO BUY THE NEW 2025 RX500H FSPORT PERFORMANCE 406HP NOW...
My love for this car brand has no limits… So I always want to know everything about LEXUS… Especially the… RX350… But in this video… I noticed that you were too fast in description… Hence… Making it very hard to catch up…😢
I owned a 00 RX 300 best car I've ever owned to this point 3 vehicles later I'm considering a RX 350 my only hesitation is I already own a 11 Toyota Highlander ( great also ) and I am not sure if I want a second crossover/suv at the same time or do I want a regular sadan ( I'm looking at the ES 350 as well )
Just bought a certified 2015 with nav and premium packages. Comfortable, but boring performance. Interestingly, there are no backup guide lines showing on the info screen. Called the selling dealer who insists the guides are only on models with the screen in the rear view mirror option., but not on models with the console display. Called Lexus 800 number. Was told there was a solar storm 3 years ago and I should expect that the vehicle would lose some of its electronic functions. Sounds like two heaping spoons full of something brown. But, to be fair, is any of this true?
The U880F in the 3RX F-Sport was Toyota's first stab at an 8 speed transmission and they've been nowhere near as durable/reliable as the tried-and-true 6 speed. Just another I would steer clear of the F-Sport.
2013 RX F sport with 29,000 miles on it. Personally drives better than the 2023 RX loaner I got. This 2013 F sport will stay . Got the last V6 2022 Rx F sport with 5600 miles now 6,200 only on it. Let's see what the current Rx generation will manifest in 5 to 10 years.
I read 100 reviews below, Seems like every 3rd person brought a ten year old car with low mileage, hardly driven.... A spin Dr.is someone who turns back the mileage 50K - 150K for car Dealers. Ever notice five cars on the Dealer's lot with almost the same miles? > If you only see three....,it just means the other two were sold already. No one is going to spin back the mileage on a 10 year old ,cheaper Chevy Cruse....you are welcome.
i own a 2010 and i like the front grill much better than the 2013-2015. Next will be one of the last V6Hybrids from 2020-2022. I see no benefit in driving without Hybrid due to our gas prices in europe ! Further more from 2035 on no petrol engines allowed in new cars anymore !!!
Great review as usual Kevin. I love this vehicle and you are correct, it is the best SUV for the money in that segment. For me the F-sport is the way to go since it’s a second hand. The uniqueness of the F-Sport cosmetics is really worth it. Plus islets rear, so you will be the only one driving it around. From South Africa.
I really want a Lexus RX350. I am just disappointed my 2014 Toyota Venza looked better on the inside and had better options like a panorama sunroof and touch screen. I just don't like the look on the outside of the Venza.
Where I live the 450h is basically the only motor option available. Would it be a bad idea to buy a used 450h with regards to potential battery failure?
Well I’m guessing since the hybrid is the only option, I bet there are a lot of third party companies that repair and replace batteries pretty inexpensively so might be worth doing some research on that as well as looking into CPO/warranty options
Compared to Gen 2 and 4, this Gen 3 RX rides quite a bit rougher with higher cabin noise and louder engine exhaust. Mine is a regular RX not a friggin' F-Sport and it's super noisy. Lexus forums say this is normal for Gen 3 RX's... WTH 🙄 I'm done with Lexus/Toyota SUVs, will get rid of it next year. Very disappointed.
I own a 2015 RX 350. Very light mileage 66Ks. Like you said it's very basic and simple, but very high quality interior. No weird rattles or shakes. I do my own maintenance. Just finished change out of the radiator which started leaking? Changed brake shoes in the front at 40K. I run 20s on the wheels. Leather interior holding up very nicely. Other than that no major issues.
Have a 2013 RX350 AWD. It is so smooth. Lots of compliments from passengers. Bought used. I knew the first owner. Now has 88K miles. Serviced regularly at our regular mechanic.
What do you recommend as far as Lexus RX or NX model if I dont want to go more than 5 years back and am open to $35k or so. I live in HI and drive less than 2k a year as retiree. Need to replace wife's 2006 Honda and she wants an SUV. As this is likely the last car we buy her, I want it to be nice and reliable and I have been kind of struck with analysis paralysis. We have one Lexus dealer and their prices are crazy. I am looking at things like RX350 or NX 300-350 as these seem to be good cars. I am even open to buying on the Mainland as we usually are there a few months a year and end up renting a car anyway. I am open with buying something to use while there then ship it from East or West Coast.
@@MeynMotorGroup I tend to agree. However, there is one Mazda dealer (pretty much every brand has only one dealer in HI) where I live and they dont negotiate. Its MSRP+ and usually you wait X months for the car to show up too. I am totally open to buying on the US Mainland but its accessing a brokerage resource or buying service that can negotiate. I understand I pay them as my agent. That's fine. Do you guys do that?
Is $24K too much for 2015 RX 350 with 100,200 miles? I take into account that it is one owner, no accidents and has maintenance history. I do think it is overpriced but these aren’t always easy to find with that history, etc. Most dealers are not negotiating these days.
No there’s really not it’s all made in a factory with robotics and every factory operates under the same standards. I think there’s an engineer that makes videos on RUclips but he mainly just looks at panel gaps and paint he never really discusses the internals, but regarding paint and panel gaps there is only a marginal difference between a car made in Japan and one made in the US, Mexico, or Canada that it’s not even worth mentioning
Did you check on cargurus to see if it's a good deal? If the miles are concerning for you then ask if they will sell you a warranty if not just buy a new RAV4 or something
The only downside of these cars is the dashboard just looks extremely cheap. The interior as a whole is great, especially the beautiful seats, but the dash looks like a much much cheaper car.
Fair deal, if it's cherry and has a clean history and records. Just bought a veeeeery nice '13 with 50k for $19k from the Lexus dealer here in California.
I am in market to decide between 2014 RX350 base FWD with 77000 miles (no backup camera, no towing hitch) for $16500 and 2016 Mercedes GLE350 FWD, 83000 miles(backup camera, tow hitch, lane change warning assistance) for $19900 from private sellers. What do you all recommend? Thanks
After seeing the 2016-2021 RX I can't ever buy anything older than 2016. The 2016-2021 RXs hold their value a lot more and will keep selling well in the used market. 2016 RXs still going for $35,000-$40,000 where I live.
Time changes everything, it all depends on if this new generation is a flop or not in 5 years or less. I would expect half of the variations probably the plug-in hybrid will have some problems but it will dissuade some people as usual but the invested Toyota fans will still be rewarded with good service and fixes or at least compensation to downgrade to the older model if the price of plastic and electronics starts getting really crazy even for the RX.
no fucking shot. I see them 20-25k everywhere in the USA nationwide. At auction they can be had in the teens. I personally bought a 14 f sport for 15k just this week.
My mom picked one up and it is the most uninspiring car you could drive. The only redeeming quality is that it has been rock solid. Can’t think of a more depressing vehicle to drive every day though.

Only thing that happens is that my radio turns off randomly when the song has a lot of bass but other than that its great.
you Dammed Right it is!.. bought a used 2014 two years ago! Best Money i ever spent!
"No benefit for hybrid." :D From my personal experience: 450h 7,5L/100km in a city vs 350 - 14l/100km city.
I just bought a used 2015, and I love it.
Things last forever. Excellent content.
Solid choice for sure!
Bought 2015 F Sport 2 yes ago, 12000 miles. Wife loves the car. Much cheaper than 16. Expect to get many years of driving from this beautiful machine.
Is the handling/stiffer 'feel' worth the search for an F Sport?
I got a 2019 RX 350 CPO with 25k miles on it. I've put 5k miles on it and love it. Traded my 2014 lexus LS460L towards it.
Excellent very nice my friend thank you for sharing your experience and please feel free to update us anytime
My 3rd Lexus vehicle is a 2013 Lexus RX. ESA review is right on. Highly recommend the BSM (Blind Spot Monitor).
4:34 I never noticed that the RX got the check / L design at the corners in the tail light to match the L in the headlight design lol
I'm torn between this & the first gen NX since this generation of the RX ran from 2010-2015 & the NX's first model year was 2015. They both have very similar features & can overlap in pricing used in that sense
I got a 2020 nx and I kind of wish I would’ve at least looked and test drove these
First Gen NX is simply not in the same league as the RX.
How many miles and how much did you spend?
I have a 2013 F Sport with 126,000. Runs and looks great. (I have done ALL the recommended maintenance!)
Just bought a 2014 F-Sport with 69k miles. Great value, hope it fares well.
handling?
@@jreynolds2184 I don't know enough about other cars to compare.
Love the car though no problems.
2016 owner of a F Sport. Best buy ever
handling?
@jreynolds2184 pretty good. It is an suv
ES has always been the higher quality vehicle but buyers refuse to get one since they need to sit up higher apparently
@@MeynMotorGroup makes complete sense! That’s why I’ll stick with the sedans!
The noisy ride really bothers me to no end. At first I thought something's wrong with my car, then I got on the Lexus forums and they said it's normal with Gen 3 RX...WTH 🙄
Can't wait to get rid of it hopefully next year.
I don't know how Lexus designs their vehicles to look so modern years after they come out.
Many people despise the spindle grill I never understood why it makes the product look unique and fresh compared to what’s currently out
Timeless.
Even older 90s years Lexus somehow looks relevant to today lol
A buddy of mine is looking at a '13 AWD with leather, nav, back-up camera, heated/cooled seats, and moonroof, clean title, good shape, listed for $14,995. I wish this had been available when I was car-shopping a couple years ago. 🤷
How many miles for $15k?
I've owned a 2015 model since April 2020. I absolutely love it! Bought it with 65k and about to break 100k.
Mine just passed 125k miles, did you do a trans fluid change yet? My old Toyota Solara went 300k miles w/o a trans fluid change. I've had mechanics tell me not to do trans fluid changed in high milage cars...
@mg not yet, but i know to be prepared to replace the water pump around 100k
@@dannyjizay hey, my last 2 toyotas went w/o having to change anything ( other than oil ) close to 300k . Fingers crossed.
2013 owner with 76k miles. Just got it recently.
Just got it. I am excited
I'm actuay considering a 2010-2015 RX 350 bc how many features you can get with this car used even with how old it is at this point
Every 3k, full synthetic😊
replace the remote battery.
I Owen one has not given me any problems
Nice!
Hello sir
My wife and I just bought a 2013 lexus RX350 with 103k miles on speedo.
Liked your video thanks.
a good used midsize SUV, thanks Kevin 👍
For sure my friend a solid choice indeed
@@MeynMotorGroup but i think not a cheap one in the US?
So these can be had for less than $25k with under 50k miles.
Most will ignore these and purchase 100k mile models and those can be had for under $20k
Testing
Where did you find that information about the 2015 450h? 3rd gen hybrid rx has 2GR-FXE and the next gen uses 2GR-FXS
Lexus is always ahead of it's time
My love for this car brand has no limits…
So I always want to know everything about LEXUS…
Especially the…
RX350…
But in this video…
I noticed that you were too fast in description…
Hence…
Making it very hard to catch up…😢
I owned a 00 RX 300 best car I've ever owned to this point 3 vehicles later I'm considering a RX 350 my only hesitation is I already own a 11 Toyota Highlander ( great also ) and I am not sure if I want a second crossover/suv at the same time or do I want a regular sadan ( I'm looking at the ES 350 as well )
Just bought a certified 2015 with nav and premium packages.
Yo bro Good morning Happy Friday 🤝😎👍🏾👍🏾
Happy Friday bro I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
@@MeynMotorGroup You too bro thanx 🤝😎👍🏾👍🏾
The U880F in the 3RX F-Sport was Toyota's first stab at an 8 speed transmission and they've been nowhere near as durable/reliable as the tried-and-true 6 speed. Just another I would steer clear of the F-Sport.
2013 RX F sport with 29,000 miles on it. Personally drives better than the 2023 RX loaner I got. This 2013 F sport will stay . Got the last V6 2022 Rx F sport with 5600 miles now 6,200 only on it. Let's see what the current Rx generation will manifest in 5 to 10 years.
Im looking at premium SUVs between 50k-100k miles...the best bang for buck I see is the MB ML350.
Great review of a great vehicle. Thank you!
I read 100 reviews below, Seems like every 3rd person brought a ten year old car
with low mileage, hardly driven....
RXh 30 city/ 28 hwy v RX 18 city / 25 hwy
Recommend v Required octane.
Thanks for sharing my friend!
I really want a Lexus RX350. I am just disappointed my 2014 Toyota Venza looked better on the inside and had better options like a panorama sunroof and touch screen. I just don't like the look on the outside of the Venza.
The front is similar to the 2013 GS
Hey kev are you gonna review this vehicle when you get the chance
Idk if I will ever get the chance 😂
Nice job bro 🩵
Where I live the 450h is basically the only motor option available. Would it be a bad idea to buy a used 450h with regards to potential battery failure?
Well I’m guessing since the hybrid is the only option, I bet there are a lot of third party companies that repair and replace batteries pretty inexpensively so might be worth doing some research on that as well as looking into CPO/warranty options
Great vehicles! Wife loves her's just need to add remote start that it doesnt come with
What about even older 1st or 2nd gen RXs? Are they still a good buy?
I've read that the 2009 RX is a fantastic car.
Could be your tires. Get new ones.
@@brianb5723 I agree. Get Michelin, top of the line. That will do it.
My 2015 isn’t super noisy
RX for sure but I just hate paying 35k for an old car so I would probably pay $30k for a new Mazda CX5 and negotiate a 10% discount.
Got 2010 here. Boring as heck but that's the point. It's reliabke and comfortable. For fun got a twin turbo 300zx and a Tesla MYP
Is that a standard thing for the Lexus Rx i noticed the first gen was limited to 112mph also.......interesting
Nice & solid
Is $24K too much for 2015 RX 350 with 100,200 miles? I take into account that it is one owner, no accidents and has maintenance history. I do think it is overpriced but these aren’t always easy to find with that history, etc. Most dealers are not negotiating these days.
Better off just buying a new CX-5 base model and negotiate 10% off msrp
Yes, too much.
That price is too much. It's way off. Don't buy the vehicle
I think so….I paid $23,200 for a top of the line 2015 with 50k miles
@@taxreliefman5685 I was think more like 18-20k
Any suggestions on which sites to look for a 2013-2015 F Sport?

Nice one Mr Lexus
Appreciate you sir!
Do you think there is a difference between made in Japan versus made in Canada?
No there’s really not it’s all made in a factory with robotics and every factory operates under the same standards. I think there’s an engineer that makes videos on RUclips but he mainly just looks at panel gaps and paint he never really discusses the internals, but regarding paint and panel gaps there is only a marginal difference between a car made in Japan and one made in the US, Mexico, or Canada that it’s not even worth mentioning
@@MeynMotorGroup Thank you again!!!
Do you think 150k miles are too many miles for a Lexus RX 350 F sport 2013 purchase and $18000 for it too much?
Did you check on cargurus to see if it's a good deal? If the miles are concerning for you then ask if they will sell you a warranty if not just buy a new RAV4 or something
@@MeynMotorGroup Thank you!
WAY too expensive
The only downside of these cars is the dashboard just looks extremely cheap. The interior as a whole is great, especially the beautiful seats, but the dash looks like a much much cheaper car.
Im considering a 2014 rx350 with 98,000 miles for $16000. Is that a good deal? Is that too much mileage?
Great deal, buy it
Where in the world is that?! I will buy it right now lol
Thanks
We've got a 10 rx 350 with over 200,000 miles,....hope it lasts,.....drives & looks brand new
Some people here in the comments say this car has bad sound isolation, why is that?
Mine is quiet. I love it!
Mine too
Simple Answer:
the Factory ran out of insulation on the day your car was made
Hey that’s my car
Like how the windows are 2 pane
Do the engine leak oil after high miles?
Possibly I would get a warranty but most people won’t do that
It's not supposed to, but any old car can. One that has been maintained well probably won't.
These are the last years that the RX looked good. Downhill hard after this with that FUGLY huge hourglass looking grill.
Big mouth grill some say.
This is the adult choice but damn I want that LS…
rx450h is better, cheaper on gas and drives smoother.
That’s why I bought a 2015. Saved $10k! So depends…
I'm 70, I figure our 2014 awd with 78,xxx may be our last car. Unless I live to a hundred or something, then I might treat myself, Haha!😂
Good vehicle. Terrible fuel economy
