Thanks for sharing, recently I have felt pain in my knees and ankle, I will start with the exercises and I hope to improve
Thank you for taking the time to watch it, Francisco! Let us know how it goes and feel free to check out any other videos on our profile.
My husband was told he needed to loose weight you help his knee pain. He tried surgery, stem cell injections, anti-inflammatory pills and shoe inserts. I always tell him to try to stretch or exercise it out. I think he’s just scared to push it, thinking he will re-injure it. I will show him this video 😉
Thanks a lot for this video
Of course! Glad you liked it!
@@docjenfit yes you guys are great. Are the exercises for chronic knee pain also good for chrondromalacia? I am in the first state, I was doing only pilates and spinning but now I'm lifting again after a year and no more spinning, thanks!!!
I was diagnosed with this from having flat feet. I really thought I had arthritis.
Great to be aware of! Could be great to work on the foot support!
I'd be interested in hearing more about knee hyper extension and how to prevent it :)
A lot of it is retraining your regular habit to stand that way. I'd set a reminder to continue to bring your attention to where you are holding those knees!
This is helpful! I've been struggling with fat pad inflammation and patellar femoral pain syndrome and kneeling is extremely painful / the hip rotation exercise demonstrated would be very painful at the knee-do you have recommended exercises that don't require kneeling / awkward knee angles to get started?
Thank you for sharing with us, Corrin. We have quite a few other videos on knee exercises & I have a physical therapy platform you're welcome to check out as well. It has a knee pain plan & you get the first week for free! jen.health/freetrial
Did you ever see this condition improve ? Ive been trying for over a year
It really depends on the severity of your injury! Have you had it checked out by anyone in person?
Hello! How are your knees now? Did it get better?😭
Why would you do squats when that's just placing more strain on the knee that's already overstrained?
Usually you would do this once the knee is a little more calmed down. Also, sometimes effectively loading the knee will help the knee muscles strengthen and adapt and result in the knee feeling better supported. We have often found when people start loading the knee, they get an initial pain reduction actually.
Suffering from 4 years...i was 18 when it started now I am 22💔
Try out some of our knee videos. Hopefully this and some of those knee pain videos help :)
