    i don't know when to stretch ,i anymore?
    I know to lengthen.

      It all depends on your specific body. Sometimes before a workout, it is better to do more active mobility and stretching. After workouts, maybe more of a passive stretch will feel better. Morning and night can be great times to do it as well! Depends on what feels best for your body!

      a challenge i have with tightness in the upper ribs, ribcage,( waist ),the cycle, i don’t know chest is very tight, forward head…. Our body’s one big puzzle
