Here's a dating advice also from an Asian, maybe it'll give you another perspective:
The gender population is 50/50 (in many countries anyway), you think the dating pool is low, but in reality, it is low for both gender. Men sacrifice money to pursue a woman, and women sacrifice her safety in order to meet up with a random guy who she just met.
Just as women have standard on marry a successful man, you gonna notice more men want to marry younger women, less successful than him, having a good face, good body etc. You feel like men have less option is because not many women typically take the lead in making the first move on a guy, or using dating sites, meet up with stranger etc. This tendency often stems from being taught about the potential risks involved - perhaps by their parents, or the news.
Historically, women have often faced more societal pressure to marry and have children at a younger age compared to men, in particular, the window of fertility. In that case, women actually have less time than men so they usually take more time in choosing their partner.
The more you rush her, the more likely you gonna get a girl who also want a quick short relationship, she'll leave you just as fast as she comes to you.

Hairstyle needs work and start lifting. Then once you got the match it helps if you got game and make $$$,$$$ a year. Don't even bother with girls under 26 years old, they're mostly just looking for attention/IG.
